What about post op whilst you were still in hospital?
Phantom pain is a bastard, a BASTARD to treat once you have it. To stop it developing in the first place you have to have the hard core **** thrown at you immediately post op, and if the anthiestist is worth their salt, pre-op.
There are some good "non-drug" therapies I've heard. Like hippy remedies.
It does look like it would help..........unfortunately it seems the product isint being offered to the public yet.
They seem to be only offering trew Vet hospital.
America has better products, better than what we have here - and what we have here changes people's lives!
Granted, its a heck of a lot easier to manage with one leg than it is to loose an arm. But be in for multiple fittings and multiple products until you find the one that works for you. Especially as the stump shrinks and the tissues heal.
