Was this KO not announced/speculated/rumoured over 6 months ago (perhaps more?) yet nothing at all has come of it, no pics, proto shots, factory workers slaving away to satify our wanton (yet penny pinching) needs!? :???:

I just want a good laugh when this thing falls apart. or buy it if its good. I can use it and my legit version as the bastard twins of my Herc and Omega Supreme. =x

The KOs or 'reissues' of G1 Devy and the like seem to hold up fairly well, as do more up to date TFs like the KO Maketoys Battle Tanker, so I would hope if this gestalt ever becomes available as a KO that it makes the grade, as such!

Guess if it does fall apart then it can be displayed in individual 'bot form!

Sorry, I don't have the patience to read through 14 pages of texts. Is there a rumored KO of Green Giant? If so, why? Why don't people just buy the one that is presently on the market?

It's been rumored since before Green Giant was out. and still no news on it. I just want to see what's going on!!

I did look at the first page. I have seen way too many KO posts and get frustrated when they are riddled with rumors and Chinese KO garbage. I am not trying to diss you or anyone else here. I am just am looking for a straight answer that cuts to the chase instead of being punched in the gut for not reading through 14 pages that might be nonsense.

I have no interest in a KO green Giant, but I would love to buy a KO yellow Giant for my G2 shelf. Especially since there is no yellow Hercules available. With those crappy robot modes, I dont think Giant is worth more than 200 bucks. Bring on the KO !!!

Does Maketoys have any legal recourse against KOs? It's not like they can go to court and show a copyright to the design.

Theoretically they could. Leaving Hasbro out of this (I'm urging you all to do that), if it's an exact copy of MakeToys' design and if they can prove it's indeed theirs, they could have a case. However, if changes have been made like what happened with that yellow KO with the app, well, tough luck. Derived designs can be a legal nightmare at times.

This KO was never made i don't think. Maketoys made sure of that by reissuing their Giant a few times.
