You could start a new trend.

i did mine about 6 months ago, it was really long and getting to be more hassle than it was worth. mostly did it on an urge, just trimmed my beard and decided it would be a good thing. scared the daylights out of my flatmate though, all i got out of him for 5 mins was various shocked expletives.
im growing it back abit now, nothing near what it was but enougth to do something with it and yes your head will be cold, very cold.

dont even joke about that, i have a freind who used to (and for all i know still does), only hair left was his eyebrows and his head hair, and not very much of either.

One Halloween we all chipped in and paid a buddy of mine to do it. We took his word about certain areas, but he did all of it, that I know of.
He looked like a different person. It was uncanny. He got a new speaker system with the $100+ he made.
And be forwarned. Shaving something for the first time, is itchy as hell. I've never shaved my head, but I've shaved other places. We'll leave it at that. The sheer amount of itching is horrible, so watch it.

Yeah, I've considered this and other options, did research, talked to my doctor, etc...
The downside to hair transplant surgery is that it can cost thousands and most will have to come in for 2 or more follow-up surgeries later on in life to keep up appearances.

Emperor Primacron the 1st, I'd strongly consider doing the hair transplant thing, if I had a couple of thousand bucks lying around. If you have a couple of grand burning a hole in your pocket, then hook a brother up!
