Liono vs He Man

I'm sitting here watching Thundercats, and I had this thought so I thought I'd log on and post this question. Who would win in a fight between Liono and He Man. I could easily see a misunderstanding between these two turning into a serious fight.

Liono has the cooler sword no doubt, however that's not going to be enough to save him. One punch from He-Man would rip his head off. Game Over!

Even though both have powers derived from magical sources He Man would win this one when he simply overpowers then knocks out Lion-O.
