X-Men '97 - Season Finale: Tolerance is Extinction Pt 1

I'm actually not really inclined to talk much about these episodes. A lot happens. As well as some minor cameos. But I think it best to evaluate it as a whole with the release of the concluding part 3. Another 9/10 though

X-Men '97 - Season Finale: Tolerance is Extinction Pt 2

I think this is one of those episodes that is a little rushed. That said, what does happen is pretty great. A lot happens (again). Refreshingly, they don't gloss over the harsh realities of the ending of the last episode either. Not as good as the last episode, but due to the places it went. I am intrigued to see how the finale will be handled. 8/10

Ok that went places. At break neck speed too. We have a lot of plot resolution. Even more cameos than I expected. Some unexpected twists and one quite disappointing one. A very good episode and fitting send off to the First/Sixth Season. 9/10

After what happened, I can't say I'm too surprised that Kangis gone...unlike this announcement which was not what I was expecting at all! Also, I'm guessing that Dr Doom origin is going to be more comic like, unlike that of the 2005 FF film.

Also Wolverine and Deadpool, all the yes.

So, Deadpool and Wolverine, was just about perfect. Very funny, touching when needed, and loads of awesome. Don't think they could have done much better.

And DOOM! Not sure how this will work, I don't want him to be some Iron Man variant or clone, but on the other hand RDJ is fantastic.....

Saw Deadpool and Wolverine yesterday. They kept to their word they would leave the ending of Logan alone....

they just never said they wouldn't desecrate the grave by digging up the corpse and using it to bludgeon bunch of TVA Soldiers while Deadpool figuratively danced on his grave to 'Bye,Bye,Bye' and then used to claws

So wrong, so expected from Deadpool, and I couldn't help but laugh.

Don't think they could have opened it any better. God I couldn't stop laughing...

Yeah the new Deadpool was pretty fun. IMO not better than the 1st, there was just a bit too much 4th wall breaking, but otherwise pretty good. Opening scene was probably the best, along with their fight scene against each other towards the end. No I didn't get out my special sock. Probably gonna go see it again this weekend.

Hells Bells was a great music choice for that first fight.

And have you guys seen the stuff going on with former X-Men 97 showrunner Beau Demayo?

After Endgame, I pretty much gave up on the MCU, and haven't seen anything up until Deadpool and Wolverine. I did watch Quantumania online, and it was pretty good. But then I saw the preview for Captain America: Brave New World, and even though I don't care about Sam Wilson being the new captain, I might go see this just to see how they do Red Hulk. And Harrison Ford being Thunderbolt Ross should be interesting.

Kinda the same here, not so much that I gave up on the MCU, I just haven't needed more. Maybe it's the jades Star Wars fan in me, when you get a good ending, get out before it gets messed up.

Exactly.

Also I did watch the She Hulk show as well, and it wasn't bad. Kinda made me think that in Endgame, when they cowtowed to Kathleen Kennedy with the "all females assemble!" scene She Hulk was the only one missing. (Yes I know the TV show wasn't made yet)
