This is my favorite line, and I truly like all of the figures from it that I have.
It's not easy narrowing my collection down to favorites, but here's a list:

Prime (one of my all-time favorite molds)
Sideswipe
Onslaught
City Commander
Thundercracker (Henkei)
Megatron (Henkei)
Cyclonus
Dragstrip
Inferno
Sunstreaker
Prowl
Ironhide

I have Henkei Ratchet, Smokescreen, and Red Alert on the way, and I'm sure they'd make this list too.
Looking forward to getting Darkwind as well.

Sideswipe looks great with Sunstreaker.

Get him, the different transformations are nice as well.

I love the Hound mold. he has flaws, but I love that figure-I am biased though since he as always been my fave character.

I think the Seeker mold is top-shelf, even with the possible problems with the mold being overused. It is a must have, IMO.

Sideswipe and Sunstreaker are pretty darned awesome-either one is really good. I like Swipe, personally.

Honestly, it's hard to go wrong with any of the Deluxe figs.

Blades is a repaint, but I really do like that Voyager figure a lot. I can't say I love any of the Ultra class figures except for Countdown, and he is a repaint as well.
