My wrist is too big...Meantime Review

Postby Skalor » Wed Aug 01, 2007 1:07 am

Picked up Meantime at Target today. He's just a bit too small for my wrist, but still looks good. I must say that I continue to be impressed by the simplicity of the Real Gear line. This in my opinion is the best alt mode in the line so far. Nice color scheme, and tight transformation, I'm placing this behind only Laserbeak (Booster X10) as my fav amongst the Real Gear releases. Saw the other new one too, High Score 100, but didn't pick it up. Just thought I'd share what I thought, and send a high recommendation with this one.

Just the names Timex and TransFormers would've sent the price waaay up.

They could always contact Rolecks, Seyko or Kasio.

Yeah, I don't know about you, but I'd be perfectly fine with a Fimex Real Gear watch.

Er, Twee, I'm not sure whether or not you were making fun, but Mujevad isn't from here, and the spelling errors were not his fault.

BTW...it's Rolex, Seiko, and Casio. (No offense, just giving you a tip, is all.)

Hey Autobot032, are you implying that I spelled those words wrong because I didn't know better or are you taking a jab at me with your Mujevad crap?

HS 100 is totally awesome. One of the best bot modes that I have seen in a long time.
BWOP: "Die-cast construction...It's a lost art!"

Longs for the days of G1 where we only had to worry about Megatron, Soundwave and Laserbeak wanting to be Autobots, Swoop calling himself Tracks and Slingshot calling himself Slingslot!

I'm just happy that meantime does not have a lame Movie release date reference

Been looking forward to getting these guys since we first saw the prototypes so many moons ago.

The best thing about the movie release has been these guys.

Looks cool I can't wait to get those two.
