Well, I believe we have already had a gallery for the g1 unicron (am I right?)

SO My guess, and probably the rarest TF I can think of is the Battlestars (I think) Super Megatron prototype. He was a jet and was super kick arse! To my knowledge only 3 prototypes were ever produced.
