Optimus minor with some modifications. I bought a second Optimus and popped his legs off to give him longer forelimbs in beast mode.
For the limbs that split in half I removed one of the pins and glued the halves together thus giving him better elbow articulation. Some of the plastic behind his head was shaved so his head can look up more in beast mode.

Overall this greatly improves the figure.
