Been wanting to do this for a while, since I did my Protoform Optimus Prime. Took me a little while to get another Protoform Prime for the base, then I got engulfed in a few other customs.

Nemesis is, of course, largely a Protoform Optimus Prime... but I wasn't happy with the Protoform Optimus Head. It didn't seem suiting for Nemesis. Then I found a die-cast Fallen, and a bell rang! I made a resin casting of his head, and then added some ear fins with some styrene, and added in a Gundam balljoint system. His new head now completely replaces the original, and can be posed all over the place!

I then fitted him with two new hands, interchangeable with his right arm (using posts that click in). The first, a laser cannon... the second - a Dark Saber arm! What's Nemesis Prime without the Dark Saber, right?

I started with a base coat of metallic black, then added dark blue metallic accents, and then all the other dark metallic detail. Nemesis has all those cool glowy blue segments, so I worked those in as well. I took some creative liberties, since there's no real version to reference off of.

What do you think?

I'm not really a fan of Nemesis Primes, Black Convoys, or whatever, since I feel they're over-done and a bit silly, but this is just plain bitchin'! Great job!

Scourge is a character I can support. He was a total badass in RiD, so if I think of this as a reborn Scourge, this kitbash just got a billion times more kickin'.

Like Sentinel Pax, I have no love for the whole evil Prime malarkey, but hell, a kick-arse bash is a kick-arse bash! And yeah, before you ask, this is a kick-arse bash. The new head looks fantastic, and I love the weapons. The details lines bring it all out beautifully.

For some reason he reminds me of Venom, though. Not sure what that's about...

Ok... he's Scourge.

I'll be honest though, I'm not all too familiar with Scourge, although I have vague recollections...

I did hear on another forum that I should have made the sword red? I kinda remember the sword being purplish or pinkish, and I found one reference picture of the Dark Saber, and it was pinkish... but I hate pink, so I went purplish. Was it red?

Ok, that is one of the best kitbashes I've ever seen.

Each picture makes him look better and better.

and you are really aiming to please by renaming him Scourge.

I love you for that :lol:

Scourge's sword was red, but I like this guy's sword looks right just the way it is.

Pairadocs I am huge fan of your work, from Tfs to spawn etc. This piece just compliments your ability!! I love the friggin head mold!! That is an awesome rendition of Nem/scourge however you wanna see it... Just an all around awesome custom! You must teach me your ways master!!

Deceptiwho? - You're way too kind... I'm nobody's "master" - just another dude who cuts up toys and paints them all pretty-like.

Glad you all like Nemesis/Scourge/whatever you wanna call him...

I see that yeah, his sword was red... but I'm gonna chalk it up to creative license (and because I thought it was something close to that from my foggy memory.)

Sentinel Pax - glad you like!! I think that's my favorite pose/picture of him too! I love robots in a "strike pose" (not to be confused with Madonna's "Strike a Pose.")
