Oh, you don't know if you won until they send you the prize?

I got four caps I've been saving, I'm gonna enter one code a day, and maybe I'll be a winner too.

All random times.. On my way home, I usually picked up something to drink, in this case, Mountain Dew.

Are they just shipping now, or have they been shipping for awhile. It says 100 of these are being won a day... :-? Has anybody else won? I'm trying to see if this would make a nice news item or not.

BTW Congrats nukethis. Now you have one to keep and one to open up, very cool winning free stuff! :o

Apparently I won as well!

My mailman delivered a mysterious box to my door today, and when I opened it up, I saw Pepsi Prime. At first I thought it was my order from Hasbro.com, but then I saw the winner's note.

Well, I can't really claim ownership of the mailman, but since he delivers my mail, yes...I consider him my mailman.

I was wondering, how long do you think it took to ship? From when you entered the supposed winning cap, to the package arriving on your doorstep, what was the time frame?

I believe the official rules state that the prizes take about 8-10 weeks to arrive. I entered the bulk of my codes back when the contest first started which was what? Early June? Something like that.

Back then, not many people were entering the contest yet, so I was only putting 1-5 ccodes a day towards Prime. Once I saw that more people were entering, I stockpiled a bunch of codes (~25 or so) and tossed them all in at once.

After that big entry, I began stockpiling the codes again. My latest big entry was about a week ago when I put another 30 codes towards Prime.

The most likely scenario is that the Prime I got today (well, yesterday at this point) was earned during the beginning of the promotion. If I'm really lucky, I may end up with another Pepsi Prime in another month or so.

I won mine on july 18th. My wife looked up somewhere on either the mountain dew site, or an email. I will ask her when she wakes up. But mine took only a few days to get to me since the win date.
