Might Gaine of Allspark.com was lucky enough to get one of the rarest Transfomers. Might Gaine has received a Gold G1 Hot Rod. The is a commemorative anniversary item distributed 20 years ago to Takara's staff. That's not all Might Gaine has posted a small gallery of the figure here.

I'm not a huge fan of repaints or pure gold/black versions. But still it's neat that someone has something that's literally impossible to get their hands on.
