Ripclaw's neck mod involves buying a set of grey double-ball joints from Big Bad Toy Store, clipping her neck post off, drilling into the base of that, and gluing in the ball cup. The grey ball post is the exact same size as the one for her head.
For her elbow mod basically takes McBoatshoe's elbows and incorporates them in place of hers. Cut off Rip's red plug section that snaps into her forearm and drill a hole in it. Cut off Shoe's elbow peg end but leave the stem. That gets glued into the red plug (you will need Loctite's Plastic Bonder system for polypropelene plastics) Now cut Shoe's black ball peg off making sure you get some of the black shoulder section as that will need to fit up into Rip's bicep.
Ripclaw's breast mod involves having someone commission you to add breasts for hers that "look like a soccer mom's shirt all scrunched up" then backing out because they were from 4chan's /toy/ only trolling you for the lulz, resculpting her chest to look more robotic and tasteful, then adding a bunch of panel lining and color. Done!

I just preordered a set of those double ball joints just for this mod. That looks to be a lot more effective than grinding down the collar. I already took out the back which helped somewhat. Can she still transform?

Yes, she still transforms and the dragon neck pieces clear her new chest. The ball jointed elbows let her cross her arms in Dragon form too which looks pretty spiff for a laying down pose.

Thank you very much for the info! I am going to pass on the FFF cup she has, but the arms and neck mod interest me greatly. Since I am getting a whole pack of double ball joints and what not, is it possible to fashion the elbow joints without sacrificing a decent toy?
