One thing that gets me is how much smaller LC Sentinel Prime is compared to LC ROTF Prime. Its going to be very interesting to see how/if they will incorperate his trailer. If they do, then his vehicle mode is going to be vastly smaller than any other leader class in vehicle mode. If the do include it, then he's going to be the bigggest of them all. I really hope they don't take the route they took with KRE-O Megatron and only included his Mack truck tractor and didn't include the trailer. Thats what makes Megs so unique in this variant. Time will tell and hopefully this info is accurate!

YES!!! Now all they need to do is make a new Leader Optimus with that awesome upgraded chest!

shockwave was there a decent amount. and his driller was one of the main enemies.

plus in movie 1 brawl wasn't in it very much, but his leader figure was pretty cool.

i am so happy about this. i can't wait to see them.

i really hope they look good. i hope megatron comes with a screen accurate gun. i hope his cloak looks awesome. i hope his head looks mangled. i really just hope we're happy with it, and it's as screen accurate as possible.

as for shockwave.. i hope his torso doesn't look really round like the voyagers does. but most of all.. i hope that his alt mode doesn't interferer with the accuracy of his robot mode. i wouldn't mind his alt mode looking like an after thought. i'm curious as to what color he'll be.

Can't wait to see what Shockwave looks like!

More leader classes... I don't buy them,but it'll be nicer to look at than 10 giant bumblebees

I can honestly see shockwave being what Megatron was in ROTF a BLOCK!, i'll still get him anyway.

Megatron.. high hopes for this guy but can you realy see him being the voyager mould in a Leader class size.

Hmm. I want a Megatron to happen for sure, but I'm torn on Shockwave because I have (and love) the Voyager class. Like Starscream before, I guess it'll depend on what it ends up looking like.

I really, really hope they can get Megatron right this time. Make him silver, screen accurate, and shotgun-toting, please. Well, shotgun or fusion cannon. Or both.

OHHHHHHH YEEEAHHHHH!!!! Oh man I'm just having a moment here. HA Soundwave, deluxe Wheeljack and Mirage and Soundwave. NOW Leader Megatron and Shockwave!!! Well now I can't wait till tomorrow to see if they reveal them at the Hasbro both at Comic-Con!

Considering Megatron, it's about f**king time. He should have been out with Sentinel. As for Shockwave, I'll wait to see what he looks like. If he's impressive, I'll consider it. I already have Voyagers of both, but Leader Megatron will most likely be in truck mode.

I think he will come with his trailer since in the movie there was NO base mode. The trailer is actually part of his robot mode. And yeah he will be small in alt mode if they do include the trailer but I am hoping not that small like Voyager Megs did .

What he meant to say is that he didnt do anything...Well except for helping Optimus shooting down one of the pillars.Seriously all he did is just stand there looking cool and then suddenly got owned by Optimus in a few punches. Driller? I dont know if you remember but he didnt get to kill anyone and he died easily.

Umm I have only one problem with your statement...You want Megatron to be "perfect" right? Then why do you want him to be "Silver"? I dont know if you notice but in the movie his colour is rusty brown just like the Voyager. Well the Voyager lacks the rust effect but meh it's a Voyager after all.

This is the part that worries me. It's no surprise to me that they would plan on these figures, and although I bought the Voyagers just in case, I am really waiting for the Leaders. But if it's a first-quarter release, who knows if we'll see it at the big box retailers? According to Hasbro's last annual report, the whole problem with distribution has been because figures get released after the holiday season is over and the big stores don't want to order anything new until summer. So there's a chance these could end up being TJMaxx, Ross, and Marshall's "exclusives" by default.

So far I've only seen two Leader Ironhides at retail (Target), and both were in beat-up boxes. And from the looks of it, those were the only two delivered to that store as they were marked "1 of 2" and "2 of 2". I'm keeping my eye out for one with packaging in better condition but since all the stores still have 10 or 15 Bumblebees on the shelf, who knows if it will ever come.

If these are true and the toys are actually good (Megatron deserves a good leader class for once >.<) then my respect for Hasbro may be restored.

I think they forgot the Ultra class in the movie/animated line. They did make Classics Ultra Silverbolt and Onslaught, I wish they were just voyager sized.

Megatron will not be in scale with ROTF leader Optimus. If they couldn't make Sentinel or Ironhide in scale with Optimus, I highly doubt they'll manage to get Megatron right with the same amount of plastic.

Megatron is at least a head taller than Optimus and is a lot bulkier, according to all the official scale charts used for the movies. He would have to be a good deal larger than leader class would allow to be in scale. All leader figures (aside from Bumblebee) are the same height. Unless they decide to break budget and size restrictions and make Megatron friggin' huge for a leader figure, he will not be in scale with ROTF Optimus.

He'll probably suffer the same fate as the current voyager and be in scale with almost nothing.

Hopefully the third time is the charm with this new Leader Megatron.

I would have preferred Ratchet over Shockwave, as Shockwave did not do much in the movie.

What he meant is bigger than a voyager but yet smaller than the current leaders.To put it simply he want a Leader class Ratchet the size of Ultimate Prime(Normal mode) so that he will be "kind of" in scale with Optimus and Ironhide. And since HA Ratchet is literally impossible that's why he said to make a leader class around HA size.

PS : Here's why HA Ratchet is impossible to those who are wondering why I said so cause I certainly dont wanna keep reply to each person the reason for it. Anyway here's why :-

1) HA is meant for 16-17 ft and below robots.Ratchet is 20 ft
2) HA's vehicle mode are in-scale. Ratchet's an ambulance vehicle. It would be hard to create a in-scale ambulance to an already huge car.He would literally be Leader sized vehicle.
3) HA's bot mode are also in-scale. Thus if they make Ratchet in HA he would also be leader sized since he is 4 ft taller than the other HAs(Except for the twins).Do you really think Hasbro gonna sell a toy as big as a leader class(43$) for only 30$(HA's price)? Think again.
4) If you realized all the HA figures didnt get any voyager figures. Ratchet? Duh he got one,a repaint and yet another repaint.And yet ANOTHER REPAINT lol xD.
5) Here's the last one. Say what does all HA have another thing in common? Oh that's right they are ALL cars. Like I said Ratchet's an ambulance vehicle. Which is two different thing.

This is great news!! I thought they were only going to make one or the other. I hope the leader Megatron is good because all of his leader toys have been poor. Shockwave better be done really well or I am going to be upset. Glad Hasbro is doing something good with the leader class instead of making more Bumblebees.

Leader Megatron was kind of expected. but Shockwave?! No offense but he doesn't really deserve another toy with his minimal role in the movie. Maybe I'll warm up to him once i see the actual toys. I did with Leader Starscream.

I may have to spring for Leader Megatron. All depends on if he has the boomstick.
