I like that they've given them differing physiques. It's not like they don't realise he looks fat and has stubby legs. It's deliberate. Makes for more distinctive characters.

Sure beats having a huge torso and arms and having chicken legs like a certain movie mold.

I am a stickler for proportion, thats why I really dislike Starscream, and like Bulkhead, at least he is bulky all over.
