Go home Amazon Japan, you're drunk...
There's a lot of weird shipping going on over there. Hopefully, we get what we're waiting for soon. I'm expecting Sentinel DaGarn X by the end of the month.
Speaking of Amazon Japan, the last order I got from them arrived last week and was delivered by USPS, not DHL. It actually shipped at the end of April so obviously, it was much slower than usual. Anybody else have an order from AJ ship that way?
I've had DHL packages handed off to USPS rather than them delivering it themselves before. They said my location was "too isolated" (whatever that means) despite delivering several times prior and since. The local DHL distribution center is in Boston so I'm guessing they just didn't want to travel to Maine that day for a delivery. Is it possible that's what happened here?

I'll check the tracking but I doubt it. I've always had DHL deliver to me.

Dude, I don't believe it. Not only was it shipped by USPS, but it was also shipped from California. I wonder if Amazon JP now has a US-based warehouse.

Its kind of like Basic Instinct, but not in a good way...
Goddammit, now I can't unsee it.

That could be a HUGE boon for collectors and potential savings in shipping costs. I never understood why Amazon Japan didn't have "outlet" warehouses in the US considering how much Japanese-based pop culture product is sold in the US.
Emerje wrote:Chinese it would seem. Was that an actual "sold by Amazon" item or was it sold by someone else on Amazon Japan?

Shipped and sold by Amazon. Here's the thing, there's no indication on the box that it came from anywhere but California.

Interesting. I do know that the few times I've gotten stuff from China, be it eBay or Wish, they shipped stuff in bulk to the US and then parted it out over here, but it usually took a month for stuff to arrive that way. I'm surprised Amazon would use a similar Chinese shipping method.

I did make the below thread which tries to discuss pretty much any transformers adjacent anime including Brave Series:

Nope, that's half a playset waaaaggggh £££££££
need two parts to form bot mode by the info being compiled so far. This new diaclone range always confuses me what needs to be bought to form a whole robot and usually scares the sense back into my wallet.

If they do the whole thing it's going to be huge.
