TF: PRIME FE Bumblebee - Accurate face

Motto: "Who and what I am, I hide from the enemy."
Weapon: Electro-Disruptor
Simple touch-up to First Edition Bumblebee to give him a face accurate to the show appearance.

Tamiya acrylics - Flat aluminum on face, Semi-gloss black on eyebrows, Metallic grey on chin and helmet.

Side-by-side with original appearance:

I've also touched up his exhaust pipes, knees, and body area with small bits of silver and metallic grey to make it as show-accurate as possible.

Simple edits to make this figure, who is already awesome, a bit more awesome.

Haha, thanks! I was thinking the same thing. It was such an easy paint app that made such a big difference. When you look at overall how nice the First Editions are, it makes you wonder why they just skipped over such obvious details like this.

To be honest, Starscream's lacking quite a bit of red, too.
So it's not just Bumblebee. ;)

Surprising how much difference a bit of paint can make on a TF. Just a bit of paint and you turned the murderous glower on his face back into that disarmingly innocent visage we know and love! :grin:

Needless to say, good job!

Mmm. I think the way the eyebrows are painted make him look depressed. Unless that was intentional, that's my only (minor) nitpick. Otherwise, great work.
