I don't think they should call it a "Masterpiece" if it's not a Hasbro or Takara Masterpiece. It's misleading. When you say "Masterpiece" to a TF collector, they assume you're talking about a REAL Masterpiece, not a 3rd-party product.

It depends on how obvious it is that it's not official. Takara has yet to make a Huffer and will (hopefully) neve rmake an MP Erector so I think everyone's getting the idea of MP Shafter. And when I talk about my MP Shockwave no one asks "when did Takara make that?" Everyone knows I mean Quake Wave or at least some 3P Shockwave that fits in.
