DotM Wreckers come to mind, especially Topspin's deluxe toy and Roadbuster's human alliance figure. Those were sweet. Not to mention AoE Hound and Nightwatch Optimus Prime (pretty much anyone) plus recon Ironhide RotF. Movies have given us some pretty awesome transformers.
As did Beast Hunters. That deluxe Bulkhead is so awesome, as is Wheeljack. Those wings man!
