Also on the topic of class 3 cards, any of the lesser ones like Cyclonus or Bumblebee a sleeper set? As in once they are totally leveled they serve a useful function that others don't?

I figure that the bottom row is best filled with high defense cards like Ultra Magnus whom I leveled over Thundercracker for this reason.....if this is sound logic do any of the bottom feeders level up a single stat super high that isn't in line with the base stats?

Or should I just combine them to fill my codex and feed them to better cards? As it stands they are just taking up space but I am hesitant to burn them.

I realize that they are all garbage compared to class 4, but it may take awhile to replace them w super rare ones. Im on track to finish in the 1000-2500 bracket so that should help.....

Fill your deck out with the best cards possible. If you've only got 3's then use them.

I've been playing this game about a week after it's initial release and I still have 3 card in my deck. Probably be a few more weeks before I have a full deck with nothing but 4 cards.

Cool thanks!.... so you have found that the base stats on the initial card level consistent with all cards? For example, Magnus has higher defense than Prowl to start and will at finish?

Do you agree that defensive cards are better as front row starters over offensive/lower defense cards?

Im at 9110 deck strength right now. I could swap out a few for a slight bump but there is no stat for value of defense to go by.

No, I mean even class 3 Jazz. I don't have any. Double :(. Not that I want to use him as a leader or anything, but just like to have him especially being a Jazz fan. In fact, I barely have much class 3s in my deck now.

I had a lvl 4 Elite Grimlock dino mode pulled from the space bridge but he is quite useless if I don't have the bot mode. So far, I think I don't have such lucky hands from the space bridge. Besides Jazz, I still don't have Starscream bot mode to trans scan.

Wow that is crappy luck! Jazz is one of my favorites too, he's actually in my deck right now. I have a second class 3 Starscream set too. I started out hot with luck on class 3 cards, ut the last 1000 medals or so have been pretty dry. I suspect that its in the programing to give them out to new players to help them enjoy the game cause it really has been night and day recently.

If they do decide to add a trade feature as some have speculated I would be glad to give them to you. I have been hoping for a Megs alt mode and an Ironhide robot mode myself for a while now....

I've MTMed every rare 3, sorry no sleepers. All the cards I've leveled thus far level consistently with their starting stats, this includes the few rare 1 and 2 cards I've done, all rare 3, and several rare 4 cards, elite and episode.

Defense and row does not matter, but having high defense cards out means you are going to survive through more hits. You'll notice the bosses hit each group of 3 at once where PVP hits only 1 card unless a special attack is done, like critical hit.

Yep, absolutely, but give it time and they will be whored out as overpowered episode cards as well. Jazz, for example, has a rare 3, an elite rare 4, and then got an episode rare 4 which was better than the elite.

Also, every episode the cards stats get just a little bit better overall, and I mean just a few pts, but they will keep climbing and new characters will get introduced. This is how the money game works.

Awesome that exactly what I needed to hear thanks! Gonna combine them for the cyberdex and use them for upgrades.

Don't get me wrong, having high defense cards helps in any situation. What I'm saying is the boss attacks and damages each group of 3 at the same time and the front row doesn't soak any damage away from the leader cards. During Fatal Furies, Episode skywarp and 2 episode slipstreams were my leaders. Under one of my slipstreams, I had another episode skywarp using his own weapon almost maxed. Because the skywarp had more defense than the slipstream, She consistently died before him. Also, when you play PVP more, you'll notice that your leaders will get attacked and killed before your front row in many situations. Just depends on the random attack pattern.

Generally, I use my best cards with their own weapons, but sometimes I swap around weapons to get better attack or defense. Right now, I'm using a maxed flamewar weapon on a MTM episode divebomb to get huge damage, even though his weapon would provide more defense, I'm getting better net damage because of this combo.

Ok I see what you are saying about the advantage/drawback of using defensive cards. I will have to level a few offensive cards and swap some around and see which give me better results.

Its sad that this event ended and there isn't even any comments on it. I guess thats how engaged this episode made people. So how did everyone do?

I pretty much checked out of the episode days ago. I was home sick for 3 days with unlimited time to play and I just didn't care. I wouldn't have minded a Rippersnapper card but I fell asleep, missed the close of the episode, and fell out of the top 10,000.

I finished 10,066 and have half a Rippersnapper that I can do nothing with. I do think that I earned enough cubes to take a run at the next one, provided they don't screw the rewards up even worse that its still worth playing.

Ultimately, I accomplished my goals for this episode. All of my previous reward cards are now MTMd and I earned enough cubes to actually participate in the next episode (whenever it may be).

Hopefully, all you Seibertronians accomplished whatever goals you set for yourselves this time around.

I built up cubes and managed to stay above 2500 by sniping and using my regen cubes. I would have liked to get twinstrike, my deck would have been a little stonger but saving cubes was more important to me.

Saved 100 cubes from 0, so i guess my goal was met. May do this the next few episodes and really save up for 1 good episode to push for top 100.

Just squeaked out in the low 6000s, only got a few things that i was looking for.
Hopefully next round will be more engaging, I felt like I used twice as many cubes to defeat foes as normal leaving me for a bit of a loss towards the end.

Finished in the top 1000 with 950+ Energon recharges and 260 battle cubes. I had hoped to have over 300 when the event finished but the last minute frenzy had me shelling out cubes left and right.

I think the next event is really going to determine if I invest more time into the game. I really don't like the fact that to be successful in the events (top 100), you must consistently buy x5 and x3 episode cards. It's a shame that all the rewards that I've earned over the course of the game pale in comparison to these one event only cards. I thought mobage was on the right track with the rarity bonus and faction bonuses, but those were nowhere to found this event. Now granted this was the first event for iOS users, so there is a little bit of catching up I realize that needs to take place. The rewards need not be so stingy next time. Time will tell.....

Thats brutal that they are already advertising another event.

I finished 882 i think. Twinstrike is a little less powerful than elita 1. his weapon is pretty disappointing however its defense value is the highest i have ever seen.

Its disheartening that 20 bucks wouldn't make the difference but i appreciate you saving me 20 bucks ill stick to my 2 bucks an episode and take what i can get.

This omega supreme episode?

The possibilities of who the Raid cards have me very interested but this is just too soon.

You never know, they might wait a bit. When Day of the dinobots ended, they immediately advertised Robots in the Skies but waited a week to launch, then another week after that ended for fatal furies.

I'm going to guess on a whim that the event will be 7 days, 7 lvls of omega supreme, 3x and 5x raid cards as usual, rewards will be more energon, cubes, transmetals, weapon materials, and who knows maybe card packs that guarantee rare 4 and maybe even include past episode cards in that too. I could only hope that one day they will provide opportunities at the cards people are missing.

That $30 spacebridge is a tempting deal but I dont think it will be enough by itself to allow you still earn bcs on the 2nd wave of bosses.

I agree! He's an underwhelming choice. If it wasn't for Jetfire, I would probably skip this episode altogether.

Stupid question: If you collect all the member of a combiner team and max them up, and put them in your team; do they combine into the gestalt? I would think not, but here's to hope! :???:

Nope.

So anyway, I splurged. Always liked Cyclonus and Scourge and got lucky with the premium spacebridges and now have them both MTM'ed.

While I'm not impressed they started another episode so soon, I do like they started it on a Friday/Saturday as I've had plenty of time to actually get a start. Every other episode has started when I've been at work.

Now I just have to wait for the tablet to recharge. :lol:
