First the "の" is the Japanese hiragana character of "no" who when used alone, it's in the context to say a possession like "of" or "my". So instead of saying "TRUKK NO MUNKY", it means "TRUKK OF MUNKY".
So, that means.....
We begin with the big Mad-Max style truck.
The trained eye will immediately spot that absurd Prime Beast Hunters giant truck with that giant mandala wheel as the base.
The front wheels transform differently so they are now a bit splayed in truck mode.
The other obvious parts used are those good ol' Armada Unicron arms.
The final main bot used for this Frankensformers is the Platinum YOTM Optimus Primal. Those hands sticking out can at least be "transformed" into the truck's rear bumper.
The last huge feature of that truck is the giant-ass gun on top. Can you guess where it comes from?
Size comparison with a current deluxe and voyager, and also next to his "Brother". That one is an old custom using those same two main bases.
In truck mode, the arms and legs barely pegs together. And for transformation, those parts needs to be removed.
The general look of Optimus's general look remains basically unchanged appart the much beefier arms. Also, that gun fit snuggly in his hand with the extended grip.
Poseability is decent, but the "heel spurs" are a bit unstable.
The back is a bit of a mess though.
The gun can store on his back.
Size comparison:
Now time for the 3rd mode, the MUNKY mode!
Appart the hands, he's basically a brick for stability reasons. The chest pieces fit snuggly. Too bad the gun can't store anywhere.
The subtle
reveal his Optimus's true
nature.
The "big toe" on the feet are in the wrong place but eh, what can I do...
Also, the shoulder pads parts pegs elsewhere to help secure the ape head in place.
The ape can hold the gun but barely.
Size comparison time with an added Kingdom Primal.
So what do you guys think of my TRUKK
OF MUNKY?
