Well, fewer 'popular' ones, IIRC.

Guessing Crasher is a Voyager. Speculating that UT DX9 might want all of their Gobots homage toys. to be the same 6.3 inch robot scale like Salmoore is.

Did I miss a figure this is a repaint of or is this the first w this mold? I do like Mirage and this might be a nice place holder until Tak gets around to it.

If they make the obvious repaint, I'm likely to have this mold serve as Mirage and the Hasbro Mirage repaint continue to serve as Crasher.

The important question is... Can they make Crasher's face appear in car mode?

I will most likely buy this since it's a new mold and not a Mirage repaint . I sold my Fracture as part of a lot not so long ago , sort of regretting it now .

I still like my Fracture as Crasher, but I'll see what comes of this.

Appears the DX9-UT trend is release the Gobot version first. Then later release the Transformers version. Easily guessing there going to do a Mirage and DragStrip repaints and retools using this sculpt.

I skipped X-Transbots' not-Wheelie and got Turbo. I skipped X-Transbots' not-Pipes and not-Huffer and got Road Ranger. I'm skipping UT's not-Wreck-Gar and I'm getting their not-Cy-Kill and of course I'm getting not-Crasher here and will most likely skip any subsequent G1 repaints/retools as I'm fairly satisfied with my Henkei Mirage (and I've got the one from the recent Asia Exclusive 3 pack sitting in my PoL as we speak). Unless it looks absolutely amazing, I'm not buying any of UT's G1 stuff. It's just not working for me, either because I don't like some of their design choices, or because I'm satisfied with the version(s) of the characters I've already got so doing these not-Gobots was a good idea on their part in my opinion to make some extra scratch off the collectors like me who aren't getting their G1 stuff.

It will suck if Crasher is voyager scale. If so Ill just stick with Fracture. I donttneed a huge car. At least with Cykill (Salmore) he can get away with being taller because he is their supreme leader.

This has to do with your tendency to state things as fact that are not fact. Could this be Voyager? Sure. But it has yet to be confirmed as such, so it could be deluxe, right?

And I believe this is the issue behind your "factual" assertion that the Hasbro non-combining Protectobots are a store exclusive. When I asked for a source, you replied that you read it on another forum. Was this another example of speculation being relayed as fact by you? I don't know. And given your history, there is no reason to believe your facts until you back them up with sources. (I'm still waiting on that Protectobot claim in that thread, by the way.)

You are being dismissive about my complaints claiming that I am antagonizing. I don't believe my comments to be either nitpicky or antagonizing. I am asking for accuracy, especially when such comments affect people's interest in products. I am with Rated X in this thread. If DX9 D03 is confirmed to be voyager, I may end up passing as she will be too oversized for my collection. However, if she is deluxe, or even somewhere between deluxe and voyager, I may still be interested.

This would maybe be a nitpick if it wasn't a recurring theme with your posts. Too many times you have passed off speculation as the opinion of the masses or as given fact. This is asking for clarity in your posts, especially if you are attempting to "break some news." I don't think that is unreasonable.

Just for the record, You were not discussing the thread on topic with me. You were using it a excuse take it off topic by discussing my credibility as a source of info.

Related to the info on Crasher. Is it a Voyager? Probably. But it has not yet been confirmed to be a voyager. Or do you dispute this? You tried to use another person's non-confirmation (reliable though he is) as confirmation. I corrected you and asked that you try to be consistent. You laughed at me. Twice.

And again, this is straying off topic. Do you want to continue this public dialog, or do you wish to take it private, like I requested? I'd prefer to have a good, interesting, fun discussion about Crasher. How about you?

Back on topic: If this is voyager, and can be a decent stand-in for MP Mirage, I wonder if that is a good idea. Can Mirage be too far behind in the MP line? I was thinking about the lack of recolor options, but then we got Wheeljack, right?

Personally, I would hope UT will forgo trying to produce MP figures and keep Crasher more in line with the other GoBots that are coming out. However, if this looks really good as Crasher, I might still be in for a Voyager version.

I would be highly interested in not only this version, but a Mirage as well. Arguably my second favorite original cast member. I'll get either voyager or deluxe, although it would be nice if he scaled w MPs for my needs. I am optimistic for a Takara release eventually though. Mirage is one of a few guys I don't mind having several of if that turns out to be the case.

This guy has me rethinking my interest in Cykill if this is going to be a new trend. I can't decide if I like him in original colors or the black version. I did have both as a tike...leaning to black cause the odd foot coloring bugs me on the current version...
