I love the face the horse mode can balance so well, they made a special extra effort there!

Definitely not a fan of that one.
Same. I like the corresponding Megatron, but...
I haven't touched either of them for a while, but I do remember being disappointed by both (given how good the originals are)
I will no doubt be setting them up this weekend (provided I don't end up in the emergency department again like last week) so I'll see if my opinion has changed.

Mach Kick though, putting aside that his transformation is apparently a royal pain in the backside, his weapon mode makes the other weapon modes look sensible. Cohrada I can see as a sentry turret, Break is a questionable but passable gun, Stampy is a kinda neat scissor weapon, Longrack could work as a sort of crane and Mach Kick is...a mangled, dismembered horse carcass?

Just reading the names makes me smileGuiledart what the...? Stampy? It’s so weird I freaking love it I can’t even explain it. Mach Kick, I love that.

Good man. I still want him, he looks sweet as hell.

He is, when I first got him, I was dubious and didn't realise how he transformed (he was in bot mode), but the Transformation was genius and looked the part. Even the lack of hands didn't put me off as I just used the insect mode legs to make it look like fingers

And I feel like I got no where. I ended up re-arranging things to help them fit better. Where the hell is a giant shiny female spider supposed to fit? What about all these with their honking big back kibble? ugh ...
And now I have a headache.

Did you consider putting some in Beast Mode to help them fit?
Skritz wrote:Man, Hasbro really should try to bring back Beast Wars into Generations more as there are enough designs to fill a whole trilogy of lines, be it as direct remakes (a bit unlikely, however) or re-imagining. Hell at this point I would not even care if a Generations Beast Wars line just went with GEEWUN mechanimals for alt modes. Its just that, not only is there a whole roster of well-liked characters to bring back but plenty of inventive critters and transformations in there.

One for each year of the Movieverse's decade strong tenure. Here's to a few more explosive years!
Burn wrote:Was not a fan of the Generations beasts, the "modern updates" I felt were a let down compared the originals.
Maybe I'm being stubborn, but it's really hard to top some of those originals.
