Okay, so this is more of a decor' issue than a bug, and it's either more useless info or its more info that can be added to the bug report, but in coming back, I'm seeing a lot of stuff that is really hanging on. Everything is needing refreshed, even character bio pages and upgrades. I reset a guy and then upped a stat, it went back to his old setup. The changes are taking ong term, but the caches aren't clearing out like they should/used to. Also if I pull up the missions, it gives me the page from the last time I was there, including the old times-to-end on my guys in the missions if if they finished, hit the CR, and are ready to go again, and the header with people's quotes and the scores is the same one as before.

Being as I've been gone for 2-3 years, I don't know what up or downgrades have been needed for HMW, or how long this problem's been occuring, or if it's a problem with the way IE7 runs its own cookies (which I really don't want to clear out everyytime I do something on HMW) I just wanted to offer more observation than the "Missions won't load" on the last page.

Hey Flash, the refresh issues are something that a few people have had problems with, and it is likely to be due to IE7, as most people with the problem are using some form of IE.

If you have another browser installed, try checking if you get the same issues.

What ED said ^^

Sadly, its just one of those things that we have to live with. Its not considered a problem as the game still works, but Ryan has been informed.

Maybe this old news, but I just had 2 missions where someone else's gadget (a toaster, then a cassette) transformed into a medium vehicle and rammed someone. Don't know if this is just something that happens once in a while or a serious problem. I checked the cassette's profile, and it is indeed supposed to be a gadget/gray cassette, so it's not the wrong icon coming up.

I guessed as much, and thus providing Bumpers answer. Psychout has a special Toaster and Cassette. Notice that while the descriptions are correct they are listed as medium vehicles not Gadgets as they should. Not a bug, just special versions.

In other works Psychout's a witch.

Thanks, sorry 'bout another noob question. Whenever I see something like that, I just assume it's like them level 146 Pokemon, so I panicked. The icons did say gadget, but I guess I didn't dig deep enough.

Not a noob question at all. You saw something that didn't fit, questioned why it happened, and did the best thing in the situation, which was to post about it.

There are a couple special ones out there like that, usually there is something of a marker on their profile pages, but not always.

This might be a dumb question but was Level 0 removed when you reset your transformer? I've reset my guys before and they always went to Level 0 instead of level 1. Is this new and I missed something?

Here's the link to the guy I was working on.

xp level caps.

if you reset and have over a certain amount of xp it gives yo a minimum level.

for example i think if you have over 5 million when you reset you cant make a tf below 5th level.

however they may be broke, so if you make a tf with less upgrades than necessary, but its xp keeps it in the higher level bracket it reverts you to a lower level (the correct amount via upgrades, ignoring xp caps) if you upgrade again

N_V is pretty much spot on. The level caps dont seem to kick in til after you reset, but they then prevent you from going below a specific level depending on XP of each characters when you go to make a rebuild.

These are the level caps as of 2 years ago. I dont think they have been changed since but they're close enough.

Level cap ammounts:
level 0 < 40,000
level 1 < 350,000
level 2 < 750,000
level 3 < 2,000,000
level 4 < 4,500,000
level 5 < 10,000,000
level 6 < 25,000,000

No point having them after L6, but it will put an end to the (Autobot!) L0 with 314.6Kxp when they finally decide to reset it (and the levels 1's that have over 500K!)

All characters that have been active in the last 3 month are shown and as far as I know its updated hourly, same as the High Score Charts

Probably best you ignore the date on it though. I may be old, but Im pretty sure its not 1969 anymore.
