New Images of Takara AM-19 Gaia Unicron

Weapon:
Double-Barreled, Armor-Piercing Particle Beam Cann...
Planet Iacon comes through again with some nice new images of AM-19 Gaia Unicron. We get 8 new pictures and some nice close ups of the shiny chrome that adorns this new version of the chaos bringer. Also, we can get a new look at the combination gimmick with Optimus Prime and Megatron. He gets released at the end of the month so be on the look out if you want to add him to your collection.

Those would be the stars of the J-Pop Idol Group Tokyo Girls' Style, they host the Cybertron Satellite segment of the Japanese Prime cartoon. In those segments, they display transformations but above all, show off Arms Micron.

i still think the armada unicron + all the repaints and the G1 retool of the same toy
was the best, this Gaia one is a disappointment it could have much more awsome by making it at least a supreme class and not combine with megs or optimus which i don't understand why
they do combine it makes no sense

I really don't know what to make of this guy anymore. Robot mode is pretty good apart from the split spiked glove thing. Combined mode is poor. What's the point to it anyway? It's too bulky to fly. Doesn't provide extra armour. And as far as I can tell there's no extra weaponry. Alt mode is still a mess. Regardless of what it's meant to be, it sucks.

The more pictures I see, the better I feel about my preorder. This is actually pretty cool as he transforms into a volcano as well as having his face be part of it, similar to the shows concept. Also, if you use your imagination (as I believe they intended), the "wings" in volcano mode look like lightning bolts striking down. I for one am excited.
