Boy, the end of the Arms Micron line sure is underwhelming compared to the beginning. That Megatron hardly looks that different from the Hasbro one, minus the lazy repaint on the Arm. The Jet Vehicon is nice though, even if the colors of the head and thighs are wrong.

At this point, it just seems like Takara is just squeezing out any mold they can before Season 3 begins.

I kinda like the looks of Megatron, but I'm not sure about paying $60 though. I wonder if it would be easy to remove the right forearm and replace it with the hasbro one?

They probably wouldn't had done it anyway. Same faction, same body type, same gun. Not a big reason to change the micron.

I like Megatron. I'm disappointed that they just used the Armada Star Saber-esque Microns instead of a new accessory mold. But hey, that would mess things up for the Arms Micron line, so it's understandable. Third party companies, this is where you step in.

The General needs a black head, not silver. Otherwise, it's a gimme if it's released stateside.

That Megs looks nice, but I kind of expected him to have the new arm as an attachment, but what the heck, it's a Takara product, so I ain't botherin it's look. And the Vehicon, with a few touches, will be perfect for SS's armada.

The Vehicon I am interested in, despite its lack of an interesting paint app, to round out my Vehicon crew.
The Megs is interesting but I am glad I got the AMWs separate when they were first released.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Half a dozen or so Vehicons as grunts, two or three Jet Vehicons (or Seekers as I call them) as officers, and then this one 'Con to rule them all.

Yep. I share the same sentiment. The Prime arm isn't itself reason enough for me to keep my preorder, but that very show accurate colouring might be.

I was hoping to be able to cancel these two, but I don't think I will be.

See that pic looks too edited to me. He doesn't look that light in hand. JVG could be a fair bit darker than I'd thought.

The AM Smokescreen has more of a pearlescent swirl to his plastic. It's actually kind of attractive in the toy, and I would much rather see it used for the Vehicon General since Takara is most likely mot going to use a silver/reflective scheme.

I think I'll reserve final judgement until I see "in hand" pics, as opposed to stock photography.
