Check your clearance aisles. Found Cheeto Jazz, Laser Cycle, and Watermelon Mirage there. Someone else found Toxitron.

That's quick... Too quick.

It's happened that quick with Siege Jetfire, some of the latter Prime Masters in PotP. Some of the OG reissues, just to name a few. I agree it's too soon seeing as most stores don't even have them yet but Walmart has no clue, I don't know why Hasbro continues to offer them exclusives.

Hasbro doesn't have any reason to care what Walmart does with their exclusives, they get paid the same amount no matter what price the store charges.

As for me, still no luck finding Grimlock, but Cloudcover and the Deluxes were stocked Tuesday morning before I went there. If I didn't already have the single packs I could have gotten them without issue.

I really need to pull together all of my cancelled G2 decos, I added the bots to my favorite G1/G2-ish shelf

G2 Jetfire... interesting, might have to steel that idea and pick up some faction stickers from ToyHax. Kinda want to repaint him with blue limbs and gray camo now...

But my G2 Prime (other than the Legacy figure) is the one from the Netflix box set.

i think you misunderstood, maybe I worded it badly, but that shelf is my favorites of generations updates to G1 and G2 bots. Rodimus, Optimus, Alpha Trion, Iaconus, Hot Rod, and jetfire are all G1; the others are G2, that's what I meant

I bought Cloudcover at the very last minute before the preorders ended. So when I got the mail from Walmart that my order was delayed, I feared the worst.
A few weeks later, I got a mail confirming that my Cloudcover was shipped. At least, I didn't missed out on this one.

All I need now from this line is Sideswipe. If I ever get him, I'll be satisfied.
But I fear I'll have to pay the scalper price down the line.

Ah, I thought when you said G1/G2-ish you were doing some sort of transitional group, though maybe you accidentally did. A little issue 80 and some G2 test colors, it's like everyone is settling into something new.

Finally had my first sightings of these today. They seem to be only at larger stores in my area. 2 big Walmarts had theo, 2 smaller ones didn't. I Saw most of theine except Grimlock, Sideswipe and Dead End ( the only one I want).

Also, Are the leaders being Shipped in solid cases of Toxitron and Grimlock, or are they one each per case? I saw 2 Toxitron at each store I saw them at which is why I'm asking.

Well, later today I plan to go to the same smaller walmart I found Shadowstrip at a few months back. Will lightning strike twice? probably not...

If we go all the way back to the Netflix sub-lines lines, I can confidently say I've seen them all in store except for the Soundwave pack, Cosmos, & Crasher. (Also Galaxy Shuttle, but he was never available at B&M in the United States) , thank goodness my Walmart online pre-order for that one worked.



..Also spoiler Boxes 2&3...those weren't at B&M either, but they were pretty easy to obtain online.

I went to two Walmarts already and still, no traces of any G2.
Sure, it's a tiny sample but still.

The leaders appear to be solid cases. When I found Toxitron his shipping box was sitting on a cart with a bunch of other toys. I opened it and it was two of Toxitron inside.
I'm still waiting to see Grimlock myself. I've searched 4 Walmarts in a 22 mile radius of me and can't find him, Sideswipe, or Dead End.

Went to 2 more Walmarts today. the Bigger one had a couple laser cycles and the voyager conehead. The smaller one had nothing from the G2 Line.

There is a Big walmart by my new place of work, Its been a long standing habit of mine to resist going anywhere near my places of work on weekends, or when I'm not working. So my wife will check that one out for me on Monday morning. Other than that... I'm running out of walmarts in the general vicinity...I could go into Sacramento Proper and hit about 3 more, but they are in some pretty ghetto neighborhoods...so I prefer not to if at all possible.

I haven't been to the Walmart near where I used to work in months so I took the trip over there today hoping to find Grimlock. Unfortunately it turns out they're remodeling the store so they haven't stocked any new figures let alone the G2 series.

Fortune smiled as I was able to find 2 out of the 3 figures that I really wanted from this line....Toxitron and Mirage who will be soon be re-programed to a .

I saw all the other deluxe figures but no Cloudcover which I think may turn up soon. What's the count per box for voyager figures....3, 4?

Clarification on when I wrote this: I did not see Grimlock with the others. Just Toxitron. I feel like the Walmart stores are gonna treat Grimlock like a Wave 2 figure and put him on the shelves later.

People are finding him, he's out there, but separating them into their own cases seems to be causing him to take a backseat to the line's namesake. I haven't seen either Leader myself but I did see Grimlock show up at one "local" store on Walmart.com but that's the closest I've come to finding one.

Voyagers are 3 per case, but since its only Cloudcover, there isn't much trouble finding him once he arrives in your area.

I went for a Sunday drive yesterday to check out a walvart outside my local area, since mine has been so dry and found the WHOLE G2 wave ! Picked up Grimlock, found Dead End tossed up on the high shelf right before I left and grabbed Mirage (not pictured) for a friend




Am loving Grimlock as I expected and am excited to crack open DE and check em out. I think both will get some extra paint detail on the mechanical molded details after I've had them open for awhile. Side note, it was really tempting, walking away from Jazz and Sideswipe Something about these decos man

Cloudcover has the most premium deco I've seen in a long time for a standard priced voyager. And that box art is simply the best.
