PROFILE: Hot-headed, bright, mischievous Hotfoot is the Autobots resident prankster. Often gets in trouble for his practical jokes but the same creative intelligence he puts into his pranks is what makes him such a great diversionary tactician. Can be overly impetuous though. When it comes to providing a diversion Hotfoot is not averse to deliberately ramming opponents, then driving off, in order to get them to chase him or simply kicking off a brawl with the nearest decepticon. Believes a good diversion causes as much damage as the attack it is covering - high explosives are his best friend. Prone to occasional depression as, being one of the younger transformers, he has known nothing but war.
None of the Altihex Blades know quite where Hotfoot came from, most agree he seemed to pop up during a raid on Hydrax. Whenever or wherever it was they can't get rid of the 'Pup'. He may be annoying but when he gets down to doing his job he IS a good diversion.
ABILITIES: In robot mode uses a Plasma Bolt Gun that shoots flaming bursts of superheated ionized matter that explode into blinding fireballs on contact and has two shoulder mounted Grenade Launchers that fire 'Flashbomb' grenades which detonate with concussive explosion accompanied by a blinding light burst.
Fitted with an internal Supercharger that allows him to temporarily boost his strength.
Has a retractable polarizing visor for his optics that protects them from any illuminating light-burst attacks up to the equivalent brightness of 5,000 watt light bulbs, enough to temporarily blind most other transformers, and shielded auditory sensors.
Hotfoot can suddenly increase his footspeed by using his Car mode wheels as motorized 'rollerskates'.
His Car mode has a top speed of 280 MPH and superior manoeuverability due to independently driven pivoting wheels, he can even drive sideways.
WEAKNESS: Hotfoot's independent drive wheels are susceptible to attack, even relatively minor damage can cause them to lock position severely affecting his mobility. Also his depressive moods can affect his concentration. Overuse of his supercharger can cause an overheat in his systems.
