Pretty much the best thing about this set is its bringing back the "Hot Rod" name via "Autobot Hot Rod".

I like those color choices better than any of the previous versions of the figures, especially Hot Rod. Not enough to replace what I already have, but I'm just saying.

The set looks nice but that price is ridiculous, its 3 deluxes with nothing special added so why is the price so high?

Because way too many fans will simply buy anything that says Hasbro on it, at any price, solely because it says Hasbro on it. Hasbro knows this, and milkS these silly people for all they can get.

Sometimes I wish Hasbro operated like the Club where you can just select the option of getting it in plastic bags and cut your price by a quarter.

I reviewed this set not long ago.
I agree it is a pretty expensive set for what you get and 2 of them are basically the same with the same colored plastic, I don't know what you are really buying.

As I don't have any of them, I wouldn't've minded getting the set, if it was realistically priced, I wouldn't pay more the $40 for it though, not without a special paint job

Man, Hasbro's site is all jacked up this morning. Took me about 5 tries got to get the neon big guy ordered. Use code SPRING16 to save an extra 15%. This put me at just over $90 with tax.
