That's putting it mildly.
Optimus Prime was a joke, I shudder to think how they'll butcher Magnus.

Megatron (and Starscream) will probably get something down the road, but chances are the Predacons will all but replace the Decepticons, both in the show and in the toys.

They did, there's no doubt of that now.

Sure the Weaponizers suck, but even if the new toys turn out to be marvels of toy technology, what's the point if OP has no Megatron to fight with, and Bee's just too large to fit in with the rest of the cast?
UM sort of makes sense, especially if he shows up in the third season.
But the only place Bumblebee belongs is in deluxe class, and in his original colors.

In all fairness, HA Bee was really quite good as well.
But generally, yes, stick to the deluxe size for carformers. >.>; Once again, that slot should be given to megs.

Megs might just be keeping his current design and so wouldn't need a new Beast Hunters toy.datguy86 wrote:I have yet to see a Megatron figure listed for any of the Beast Hunters information, and these last two pieces of news show an Optimus toy. Possibly no Megatron in Beast Hunters?

Although, I would love to see a Voyager Megatron with his Prime arm.

If it weren't for their hollowed out, doofy looks and the out of range size class, I'd be all over them.
Since that's what makes them what they are, they're a total pass.

My only problems with Weaponizer Bee is that he's just too large to fit in with any of the other toys, and those ugly hollow front wheels on his forearms. Otherwise, he's a decent figure.

For my display I would really like to see a weaponizer Megatron.
Ill probably grab weaponizer Bumblebee for her this holiday season too.

How are they stupid? They're better than any of the Unicron Tirlogy's human companions.
I was really hoping it would go back to Cybertron for season 3, but I called it when I said why would shockwave have to bridge to Megatron.
I wanted a Cybertronian setting as well, but I'm not going to say the show's digging it's own grave because of it.

They're really quite competent...well most of the time. Much like Prime Starscream is the most competent Starscream ever, they've made the most useful bunch of kids thus far, and to top it off they aren't completely omnipresent; there are plenty of episodes without them, or with fairly little of them.

My thoughts as well! Can we get another firey battle to the death in the planet's core?

While the kids can be grating, their portrayal has been very good when shown in the second season. I was actually disappointed with all the hubbub surrounding Jack get deflated after Prime returned.
I will say the kids are a necessity for the show. The first season showed the viewer how well the Autobots work with both themselves and humans - and then the finale shows how well Megatron and Optimus can work together if fighting for a common goal.
The second season showed the division among the Decepticons, culminating in Starscream re-joining Megatron, and Megatron's show of force involving Dreadwing. Megatron is dead serious about working together - lessons he learned from watching the Autobots work with the kids, then MECH working with and then against Starscream, Airachnid's betrayal, and finally with Silas appropriating Breakdown's corpse rather permanently. While Megatron does not wish to work with humans, he does realize he needs to work together with his own faction. This realization can be almost directly attributed to the human intervention present in Transformers: Prime.

In all fairness, they're mostly the Terrorcons.
Not those guys, these guys. And they're mostly dragon-y to begin with....and a bipedal shark and whatever the hell Blot is.

Well, because these guys were already named Terrorcons, they couldn't really name them in favor of these guys. Next best choice was Predacons.

Optimus Prime: Not the best version compared to FE, but does look better than the other Voyager mold.
Bumblebee: Not in scale with Prime, but he is w/ Arcee (from any movie and Prime), EP Jack, Raf and Miko, Deluxe Revenge Ravage, Deluxe Darkside Moon Laserbeak, that other shelfwarming, bulk-bringing BB and maybe MP-01/04 Optimus Prime and MP-05 Megatron.
The upcoming ones:
Optimus Prime: Hopefully, Takara won't make him have much bulk.
Bumblebee: Maybe like the BH Deluxe?
Ultra Magnus: GIMME! He would DEFINETLY deal with look nice w/ his brother, Prime.
And ones I would love to meet are Megatron, Dreadwing/Skyquake and the upcoming, Predaking.

Magnus isn't Prime's brother here. You're in the wrong continuity.

Whoops! I guess you're kind of right. Though, it's just a saying, like what Prime said to the dead Megatron in the 2007 movie:PrymeStriker wrote:XDMan wrote:

Sure, Prime OP and UM may not be bros, but we'll have to think of what TakaraTomy says if Magnus could be in Beast Hunters.

Eh, Takara doesn't really set-in-stone a whole lot of Aligned canon. And Exodus doesn't make any mention to Orion having any brothers.
Nevertheless, if Ultra Magnus steps in during Season 3 of Prime, that'd be all sorts of awesome!

Hate to burst your bubble, but I will.
Lord High Protector was a title given to Megatron. It is one of two rulers of the planet Cybertron, the other being the Prime, a title held by his sibling Optimus Prime. The Lord High Protector is a military title, and Megatron oversaw the armies of Cybertron while Optimus Prime was the civilian and spiritual leader. Together, they both stewarded the AllSpark. However Megatron's military command led to a dangerous imbalance of power when he came to covet the life-giving artifact and formed the Decepticons. Movie Prequel
