Look this is just the 1st season of Prime they will more than likely be more bots introduced as the seasons get longer look at previous shows they always started out with a few bots on them such as Animated or Armada then as they go on thier teams increased.
Usually this serves as plot devices for that show to introduce new characters expect the same treatment for Prime.
Prime is scheduled to be 65 episodes but if Prime does good maybe beyond that depends on the ratings or could be the next Animated be axed without no real conclusion.
I am looking forward to Prime just worried about thier Transformations and how they will sould also curious about what kind of powers they will have.
So far Ratchet looks awesome and I dig Arcee curious to see thier personalities devolop on the show and see them grow and change over the seasons.
My guess on how many seasons 3 also dont expect all 26 episodes of Prime to air at once 13 one part then other 13 next part.

Easy, man. Adam Baldwin is legit. As to the other Baldwins, I'll leave that up to you, but Adam does good work as both an on-screen and voice actor.
Anyways, this seems like all good news except all the number of humans. I have this weird concept in my mind that the Transformers were the main focus of....well...Transformers.
Call me crazy if you must......

How many human characters were in Animated? A ton more than 5. Most of the villains were human, but there were three humans in every episode- Fanzone, Sumdac, and Sari.
Wait until you see how it's written before you poopoo the number of humans.

It's about the robots not about the humans Hasbro jeez.

The logic escapes me. They have already said that the story takes place on Earth. So, let's try and make a cartoon on Earth that completely avoids the 6.5 billion people on it.

Ratchet: "Sniff, sniff, smells like an burnt out engine to me."
lol Couldn't resist.
This looks like an awesome cast right here. I really want Adam Baldwin and The Rock's characters to fight each other, it's a perfect set up for a Tough guy vs Tough guy rivalry.
Also Ernie Hudson is win. With a name like agent flowers, and what little I know about Ernie's career, it sounds like he's going to be the straight man who get into comedic situations. Or at least that what Humor Bot 2.0 tells me.

These two posts pretty much some up my thoughts on human involvement in Transfomers.
But overall the cast looks solid, and The Rock's inclusion is very surprising, but not in a bad way. I'm looking forward to at least having a new series to watch the more info comes out.

He's not a Baldwin brother, he just has the same last name.

This. No relation at all. As well, Baldwin Brothers are from New York state, Adam's from Chicago.

young teenagers from less evolved, less technically advanced species always manage to overcome trained military personnel from invading armies. they should put army recruitment leaflets in pokemon cards (or whatever it is the young uns are into these days)
