Masterpiece Starscream is now on shelves in Canada. BUT Scalpers already took him all down. I took a pic of it. It was quite heinous actually, I know the guy but he sent his elderly parents to take all six of them. I didnt know if I should tell the store manager and I dont think he'd care (he just sold all 6 fill price while I only bought one with a raincheck for 60$).





And I can confirm that the Platinum dinobots are now in quebec as well (they look beautiful by the way, definitely getting this when its on clearance, which it will be, guarantee).



Also, Walmart was covered with Generations Skywarp in insane quantities. I havent seen that toy there for a year.





Also, there is a toy warehouse sale near namur metro that has a bunch of toys that never went to the states (through standard distribution) so the Beast Hunters Commanders and the Kreons:

Let's hope there will be a massive amount of MP starscream produced, like Silverstreak. o that asshat scalper will be stuck with his inventory.

Also, I report that my Laval TrU have a restock of the last AoE deluxe wave. Full 17$ price.

RiD deluxes are on sale at 15$ (if I remember).

They also have plenty of voyager Skybite, Roadbuster, Rhinox, and Doubledealer on sale at 22$.

As for leaders, they have both Megatrons (mostly Armada, of course) and Ultra Magnus. On sale at 44$.

Other TFs are on sale as well.

Still no Leader Starscream. So I didnt buy anything. They do have the new Pnoy Mania dolls and ponies so I bought myself the exclusive Equestria Girls Queen Crysalis. Expensive at 30$ and I<m sure in a couple of months, there will ba a swarm of her at 15$. However, by buying her now, I was sure to not miss out so I regret NOTHING!

Both have kick-ass altmodes, and fun and clever engeneering and transformation.

Also, G1 Megs with Reprolabels is SEXY as hell! As for magnus, sure the Hasbro version look a bit bland. However, if you don't wanna spend 80$ for the Takara, you cant go wrong with that one because it's the same toy.

Like the Platinum insecticons for instance. With taxes, it will ammount to roughly 73$ shipped. I'm still not sure if I should bite. Should I?

They are now at the price of buying all 3 G1 figures individually on e-bay (with our curent exchange) before shipping. So its up to you. I paid 50$ for mind and would not pay more.

I already have the vintages G1 Skrapnel and Bombshell. Very used, no guns. So, I guess a very used, gunless vintage G1 Kickback will do the trick instead.

TRU LaSalle: 2 Devastators today, and a row of Magnuses.

And amazingly, Hart at Place LaSalle had two Gears w/ Eclipse and one Acid Storm w/ Venom. And an AoE Lockdown if you're into that kind of thing.

What is Hart? And how much did those legends cost?

Legends were 9.99 each. Hart's basically another tiny little shop chain along the lines of Winners.

Thanks! I feel dumb now, I should have bought him at winners when he was 7.99

So I bought Gears and Acid Storm at Hart (they have generally terrible prices for toys, I dont get the appeal, its like a cleaner version of Rossy).

Also, Starscream Leader is now at TRU in Quebec.

All CW Leaders are 35$ at Toysrus. Of course g1 Megatron sold out of the website within minutes, so if anyone sees him in the montreal/laval area in a store, please let me know.

By itself, it would have cost 10.50$. However, free shipping for a purchase of 50$+ still apply.

if you live in the Niagara Region of Ontario, they have CW Voyager's for $20 at Wal-Mart & they have leader starsceream for $49.99. They had prime's, cyclonus's and one hotspot left (after I got one) at the Wal-Mart by the Mandarin in st. cathrins

It is really, really crazy how quickly that G1 Megs disappears. I was a little cash-strapped when I got mine months back, but man, am I ever glad I did in retrospect. I don't think I've seen him since.

Update: Those Megatrons have been knocked down to 39.97 as of yesterday.

We got an e-mail from a fellow fan that the Platinum Dinobots, the five G1 deco AOE dinos with new G1 heads, was on special as an early bird black friday deal at Toysrus in canada. While they were an outrageous 200$ at first, this deal makes them 100$, only 75$US, which is cheaper than the original price of those AOE dinos at retail. Sadly, the item is no longer available online (it sold out before we even knew about it) and the page has been removed. BUT I do have this as proof below since I bought them at that price and there should still be some in stores. What helped me was that the price tag still read 200$ so nobody bought it. It scans 100$ though
