My guess is that they were all transfered to the stores. That toy is shelfwarming hard because it's so expensive for something so small. I paid 60$ for it and it shouldnt be more. Those who still havent buy it, try your luck on Boxing Day. He's worth it, at least on sale.

Same here, I'm pretty sure that whole wave never turned up at TRU. Bluestreak is starting to dry up in store as well, we probably only have a few left

Had to import my Groove from the USA. I never, ever saw it in any stores.

I want to say yes, but I'm honestly not sure. I'd have to backtrack some of the other sightings forums to see.

Ive seen many Legend Grooves in Burlington ontario walmarts and Tru but only a few vipers because he was scalped hard core around here.

The combaticons are in Quebec! And on sale!

I thought so! I remember seeing Warpath thinking that I would wait for a sale to pick him up but never got around to it.

Kinda like Metroplex at 30$ that once happen. I'm not a member of Costco, but when I go whith my dad, they never, ever have any TF for sale, yet alone a deal like that.

There are no more Platinum Soundwaves at TRU.ca. I dont see how they could have all sold out. Was there a boxing day deal that I missed?

Platinum G2 Optimus is 99.99$ right now though. A nice discount but still too much when you can buy the Takara rerelease at the same price, which has inifintely better deco.

SO! If your TRU's are anything like mine, those Platinum Editions are warming shelves hard. They've even been discounted (not enough for most) and I just saw them discounted further, and with a buy one get the second half off (the already discounted price)! I bought my Goatly Soundwave a while ago, so I decided to snag Prime and the Insecticons (together just 140 CAD!). The new base prices are in the pics below, along with my receipt.

Having already both G2 Lazer Optimus and RiD Scourge, plus MP Soundwave, and only a vintage G1 Kickback missing, those are still way too expensive for my needs.

If Goat Optimus go down to 50$, I may buy him just for the sake of having the trio. I may keep it sealed.
