IMO, that was one of the darkest scenes in the whole movie. The way all the humans just stood by and laughed... That really set the president on just how serious the whole human working with the decepticons was.

As for lines...

Sentinel- "Optimus, when will you learn, that the needs of the many, out weight, the needs of the few." - Perfect nod to Spock!

Brains- "We gonna mess this ship up!"
