all of them have at least one major scene in the movie.

so how come we've seen everyone except him in the various trailers/ tv spots (you at least saw ratchet in vehicle mode)

It is my understanding that a lot of the movie will pass before the majority of the bots appear on screen, so if everyone gets screen time, some of them will be VERY short.
