It wasn't intended to be fun. It was a good film, I thought. Sad.

Yeah. Perhaps I should rephrase. I didn't go see it expecting it to be what it was. I was expecting a Michael Bay war movie.

Now people will only care about money and not the "Lore" that TF really bring. yes, i know that it's money that keeps TF alive and well, but who cares if it envolves selling your soul with something less than 10% of the total audience of these movies care about right?
And screw Micheal Bay! yes, i understnd that his movies basicly saved TF from going under and brought TF into public view that brought in new fans to keep TF going for years and years to come, but who cares? It doesn't have the "Lore" that G1 had!
And who cares about bringing in new fans!! I'm 30 and Hasbro owes me thier soul for watching since my wee days of childhood! I think its selfish to even think about wanting to expand this franchise to something different!
And who cares about action and explosions!! I'd much rather have every transformer have sit down moments with Dr. Phil and discuss their feelings!! Thats what TF are about! Feelins, not fighting!
And the new movies are nothing but GM comericals! Yes, i understand that they brought in loads of money to help fund the movies, especaily the first movie that several other auto manufactuers didn't want anything to do with the movie, and the vehicle designs were fantasitc but who cares? If Bay cared about fans he would have had exact G1 duplicate vehicles for the movie! I would have much rather had Ratchet and Ironhide as plain jane minivans with no detail whatsoever!
And prime as a Long nose perterbuilt.... I pooped my pants when i saw this, and then there are the flames.... Oh dear god the flames!!! Oh the horror!! I pooped again!
Damn you Micheal Bay!! Damn you for making improvments and not taking die hard, FT till we die fans feeling into conciderations!! yes, i know you listened to us in terms of giving us a better and darker toned story. More character development, and break through visuals. I know we still wined more than a 2 year old during gabba gabba, but that seves you right mister!
Shame on you for making me poop my pants!

Hardly., Althou he is 1 of the few that casn make TF's so appealing to the general audiance.
Capt.Failure wrote:When people say "general audience" in such a way it's usually a thinly veiled insult. It's generally not a matter of opinion that he's best for the job, it's fact. If you handed it over to any of the directors people usually wish for the fandom would live to regret it no matter how much they celebrated Bay's departure.
