all are of the energon molds.
ok, first thing i did was tighten the screws (of course)
then to fix the ratchet joints (mainly the torso area where the legs and hips are on a ratchet joint) from being loose i
opened the crotch piece up. then you'll notice three thin plastic strips with a bump (to fall into the teeth of the ratchet gear). one strip for each of the joints. ok, what i did was insert a small tight ball of cotton BEHIND the bump on each of the strips to push the bump harder into the teeth of the rachet joints. SUCCESS!!
only one problem remains for me......
on SUPERION where the nose of storm jet has a very small tongue in groove locking joint (for lack of a better term)
which is BTW supposed to support superion's upper body weight. this is the ONLY section that holds his upper body in place and it doesn't hold very well. have any one of you experienced this problem and have you rectified this w/ a simple fix or maybe even a locking mod to give ole superion a better posture?
and if there are any other tricks you have come up w/ to make your gestalts more sturdy and able to hold a decent pose, then please feel free to post them here so others can have a better experience w/ their gestalts as well as a good reference in the future.
thanx,
