But for what reason? To eat? To drink? To use it to rebuild Cybertron?
I think the Fallen was staying hidden to keep his existence a secret from Optimus. My guess for the enslavement plan is to have the humans do all the work on Earth and then the Decepticons would have shipped everything to Cybertron. As for how it all ties together. Megatron must have had the plan with Sentinel and the Fallen going at the same time, in case one failed. First his plan with Sentinel flopped when he was presumed dead. After Optimus got the Matrix and was able to revive Sentinel he followed through with it again. Using the Allspark to turn our Technology just fell in his lap.Why was the Fallen sitting on his butt during the first movie's timeline? Then the 3rd movie was about using jumpgate technology to bring a dead Cybertron next to Earth, so the Decepticons could use humans as slaves to rebuild it? How would they manage to get the humans up there to even work on it? And are they going to make 6 billion space suits for us all, because I am pretty sure we couldn't survive on Cybertron. How do any of the varying objectives of the three movies tie in together? They seem completely unrelated and almost out of order.
Sentinel's ship was damaged right after takeoff, and he more or less drifted through space toward Earth. The Fallen probably knew of Megatron's and Sentinel's plan, I assume that's how they knew about Earth in the first place. They could have used all of Earth's resources and then activated the Harvester afterward. Then they made it seem like Megatron crash landed on earth like 10,000 years ago, but Sentinel Prime crashed on the moon in the 1960's? That is a big gap in time, if they were both on their way to earth to meet up. Someone took a wrong turn somewhere and got delayed 10,000 years. And what about the Fallen? Was he aware that Megatron and Sentinel Prime were working together and didn't even include him in on the plan? Or did they?
And do I have that right, they were heading to Earth to meet up? Why? Certainly they weren't traveling millions of light years away just to snag humans to rebuild Cybertron, were they? Especially when the AllSpark still existed and could rebuild Cybertron instantly, while humans would take like another 10,000 years to do it. I don't know how it is in your town, but the city of Miami Florida has been working non-stop for like 3 years and still hasn't built this interchange to connect two of the highways. If we take that long to connect two highways, then goodluck getting Cybertron rebuilt within the next million years.
So yeah, that is my ramblings. I loved all the movies, but they just didn't seem like a trilogy since the three stories really didn't connect what so ever. Can anyone shine some light on this subject, even if they have to guess what they thought the writers were thinking?
