Just got back from my local asda in leeds. They had tf:prime cyberverse commanders in at £5.23 each, megatron, starscream, OP and bulkhead were the figures I spotted. Had I not spent up this month they would have been mine!

I popped into Toys R Us here in Norwich and..

VOYAGERS! For about £17 (£22.99 - 25% discount for some reason).
They also have a couple of Cyberverse and three Bumblebees.

Megatron is now mine. I only want a Vehicon, and I should be done for Prime.
Unless Breakdown looks amazing.

Guys, you gotta try the Bot Shots game... I'm addicted, but it's so good! The arenas are named things like "sonic canyons" or "six lasers over cybertron" total fanwank!
You get achievements and can level up and when it's properly launched in may you get to use the energon cubes you earn to buy new bots for the game and play multiplayer!

Wowsers, I shot off messages to Ryan and BBTS's Joel the other day to see if I could hustle up some interest in the $1100 exclusives deal for the new Rise of the Beasts toy line and I've heard back from Joel to say that he's in! This is just so cool, I really feel like I've made a difference. 12 days to go and less than $4000 in pledges needed to raise the tooling costs for series 1! There's another backer signed on for the exclusives pledge as well, no announcement on who yet, so there will be at least 2 sets of site exclusives for me to track down.

Indeed. Norwichchris is another, as the name might suggest.

The new Toyz and Gamez is very similar to its previous incarnation, but with less display.
They have massive storage space, but not much in terms of racks and stands.
Bus line 9 gets you to their door, and back!

Worth a shot if you have a couple of hours to spare.

Hey guys I want to ask you all something, do any of you have or know anyone who would be willing to sell the Altair statue that came with the limited edition of Assassin's Creed? I'm desperately trying to track one down and i've had no luck, i've tried ebay auctions as well but the prices are just getting too high for me? If anyone could help me track this thing down it would be appreciated, it means quite alot to me is all.

If anybody is on the fence about backing the new Rise of the Beasts toyline, now is the time to put in a pledge! 4 days to go and just over $2000 is still needed, so near but so far away! I'm a big fan of these, really digging them as Battle Beasts updates, and in for $100 as well as having got Joel to come in at $1100, but that's all I can do with rent coming out this week. If anybody can help out and wants some kick ass BB style toys to land with them this summer here's a linky to the kickstarter page

-edit- The $11000 target was hit last night and Rise of the Beasts series 1 & 2 are now covered for production and development costs, with a total of 4 sites coming in as exclusives package backers. There is still until Wednesday to pledge if anybody wants to get in early on the first series figures, with a brown/gold lion exclusive figure for backers of $45 and up and a free series 2 figure at that level if $14000 is in by the end time.

Can't help with either of your guys ^ unfortunately, I've never come across this statue Mr V, and, if I'm quite honest w'lord, battle beasts just don't really interest me...

But, did manage to finally get fireburst prime's axe fixed! Cheers whoever it was, i forget, that told me it would be an easy job, it was really, I didn't even have to take it apart as such, just taking th screws out and holding it together worked fine, (althoguh I did kinda have to get my dad to do the holding it togther, I didn't have sufficient hands :p) But yeah, so it's a bit temperamtental, and i'll have to be a little careful, but it works

Half price Kre-o at Asda!

Went into my local Asda today in Preston looking for Prime figures and found all their transformers kreo was at half price! Got a small Bumblebee and Optimus for £3.48 each and a large Ratchet at £8.99 which was a bargain seeing as I was just looking at it in TRU at £19.99.

Was looking for soundwave but still no joy, they had legion and commanders but no deluxe :-(

Anyone seen soundwave in the north west?

Can't say i'm a massive fan of kreo if i'm honest. But at 3.48, i might just get one to give it a shot. And though i'm not in the north west, i havent seen much in the way of TFPrime at all if that helps lol.

and spent a tesco gift card on a reduced dotm barricade... cos I got the barricade bot shot yesterday, so I've decided I need more barricade in my life, good or bad...

Quick update on Rise of the Beasts. The secondary kickstarter milestone of $14000 was reached and breached today, so in addition to the brown lion kickstarter exclusive backers at the $45 level and higher will now also receive a free series 2 figure when they launch at the end of the year. If $17000 is reached by Wednesday that will go up to 2 series 2 figures at the $45 level with $30 and up then qualifying for the brown lion. There are now 5 backers for the exclusives sets, BBTS and University of M.U.S.C.L.E. being 2 of them, where the others will be available and ordering details still forthcoming.

still never even seen a smyths in my life...

and dotm barricade is...half good half bad. He's an alright figure, but nothing special really. And his kne/ankle joints are quite loose. And his mechtech weapon, for that matter. But still, he's ok.
