Right now, my best guess is Jetfire. Something about the robot in the image just makes me think that. Also, if you pause the vid just right, it appears that scorponok has his entire tail back.

Simply awesome. I think the battleships are guarding the abyss where they disposed of Megatron et all. Also, the bot that smashes through the wall is definetly Sideswipe. You see his feet as he transforms and there is a wheel on them just like the designs. If you look behind Sam's dad you see wild hair. Looks like his mom is there too.

No. That is the Audi R8.
Look at the front of the car. There's no way that's the Corvette.

Sorry! but it's not Sideswipe... Sideswipe in the Concept Corvette and the Transformer that is busting throught the wall is the Audi R8 which fans are currently calling Barricade....

I couldnt make out half the detail in that from the bootlegged cinema ones.

man it kicks arse. the detail in the attack on the aircraft carrier is amazing, right down the to initial strke blowing out the windows

i didnt even COP that was the fallen in the bootleg, i wouldve sworn it was jetfire or starscream yet its him alright as it a dead ringer for the toy.

in regards to the teleporting im not sure if he does of if the army accidently released him from wherever he was imprisoned. it'd certainly tie in with his original appearance in the comics it that turns out to be the case.

still im MUCH more impressed with this now. june cant come quick enough !

Im not sure if anyone has mentioned this already, and if not, Im not sure how everyone has missed it thus far, but if you look at the last few frames before it cuts off from the scorpinok launching at the unknown bot on the right, it appears that the unknown bot may have some sort of tail like structure that appears to coil up just as the shot cuts away. Anyone have any further comments, or if this is the case, who this bot may be then?

I believe what you are referring to is most likely Jetfire's left hand moving back. See how the lines match...

Awesome! I can't wait to see the full scene with Demolisher, it looks so sick! I hope Prime Pulls out his axes a lot more in this movie. I'm also loving the Fallen a lot more now, too. I hoe wee see more of Jetfire though, I'm dying to ee what his face looks like i CGI, the legends looked ugly, but he might turn out kinda cool.

But I'm pretty worried about the twins myself, we don't need any coic relief from the Transformers, that's the humans job. I hope they die from Deolisher.

And did anyone notice the recycled sounds, like the roar Demolisher makes, it's he same as Barricade's when he transforms in the first film for the first time.

That was awesome. I can't wait to see this movie, it looks so epic. Glad to see Arcee's three parts aren't robots on their own, although we do need to get a better look at her. Demolisher was freaking badass, and The Fallen actually looked much better in the trailer then the render or the toy. Oh, and I really think that arm is the Jetfire, as many people here have already deduced. He's holding what looks like a walking stick, which would work with Jetfire's rumored age.

Trailer is very cool, especially in HD.

I really have my doubts that the R8 is Barricade... we'll see.

What's up with the insect looking thing that Sam pulls apart? Just a spy device or possibly an insecticon? (Wheelie would be happy that he's bigger than someone :grin:

I noticed 6 TF's coming from the sky crashing into the desert near the pyramids. Who will they be? What will they scan for their alt. mode?

I find it interesting how this movie is pulling a bit from Armada: Demolisher, Jetfire possibly combining with Prime, the pyramids,... It might not be intentional.

We still have our G1 inspirations: Soundwave, Ravage, Pretender, contructicons making Devastator, Jetfire, Springer, Skids, Sideswipe, plus the characters from the first movie.

I'm definitely looking forward to this movie.

Something I never noticed before: I'm thinking we may see Demolishor in the beginning of the movie. The overpass he smashes has road signs in Chinese...and the police cars all have Chinese writing on them. Has this been mentioned before?

You can see all six here. I posted this in another thread, but I think the protoforms landing in Egypt are the other six Constructicons. I think Demolisher is the first to arrive (in China) and engages an Autobot force. I think he is defeated/driven off--not to been seen again until the end of the movie when he calls for the other Constructicons. Once all seven are on terra firma they merge for the kill and let the slaughter begin. :lol:

The trailer looks awesome!

Now I'm gonna nit pick. But nothing about the Transformers.

In the shots of the carrier battle group, the best that I can figure is that the carrier is the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71). I can make out the 7 but there is a Hornet sitting on the bow covering the other number. However, it is only covering enough space to conceal a 1 so my guess is 71, thus the carrier "Big Stick".

There is a hornet on the bow in the sea level pan but when it goes to the overhead shot it isn't there. (Still can't make out the number though, even in HD). My other nitpick is the presence of F-14 Tomcats on the carrier (seen in the overhead shot). The Navy retired all its Tomcats in September of 2006.
