Bill Fagerbakke, the voice actor for Transformers Animated Bulkhead, is return to voice for another Transformers series.
According to Magicvalley.com, Bill borrows his voice to a robot that transform to Chevy Impala stock car equipped with machine guns.

i really hope hes not being type cast again, it seems like the only roles he plays are slow or fat characters. Examples Broadway(Gargoyles), Dobber(coach) and Bulkhead(do i really need to say the show), hes a great actor but always being thrown in the same type of role. I am glad to see his doing another project though, still not enough to make me see this movie.

Um, there is a helicopter-Bulkhead, in Energon series. And I guess you can say he might have goggles (depending how you see it). But as far as I know, he has a mouthplate, not moustache. Plus, he was voiced by French Tickner. And the series ran in 2004-2005.
Bill Fagerbakke voiced Animated Bulkhead, who was a SWAT Assault Truck. Animated series ran 'till 2009
So, I guess they messed up a little bit. Their facts are a bit mixed.

This is my thought on who th WRECKERS might be i reckon the GREEN due to i think springer was one of the wreckers in one of the comics, the BLUE one is Blurr due to its a nascar which means fast an blurr has always been a fast autobot, an the RED on is Red alert which is just a random guess cause of the red target symbol on the hood of the car
