Kicker also took on Decepticons directly by himself in battles. Including one particular 'Con (see below).

Kicker took on Galvatron by himself, being the only human to ever go one-on-one in battle with a Decepticon leader such as he (though, he didn't beat
Galvatron, but just the fact that he confronted him alone is what's important).
When Fred stung Megatron, he may have done it on his own, but there were others with him in the battleground. Kicker and Galvatron were all by themselves when that skirmish took place.
As for who I think is the worst cartoon character, that would have to be Cerebros from the Rebirth. He forms the head of one of the most titanically
epic of all Transformers, and yet he just wants to someone to kill him so he doesn't have to fight anymore. What a waste of a character.
