What the hell is up with Blackout? He looks like crap. Ironhide looks OK but i already have him and i plan on picking up the blue one anyway.

Um... I think I actually like the non-premium versions better, especially Blackout.

Megs is the only premium figure that I'm interested in. I held off buying the ugly non-premium one because I saw a recolor coming a mile away. These others aren't much of an improvement, me thinks.

They really should've hired Jin to design these!

I-) zzzzzZZZZZZZzzzzzzZZZZZ

I have yet to be impressed with any of the movie figures. I bought Blackout on a whim since he was my favorite character in the movie, but was so displeased with the crappy "auto morph technology" that I refuse to buy anymore.

BRING ON THE CLASSICS 2.0 !!

Glad I passed on Blackout now, this one looks much better. I wonder if we’ll get premium game characters and protoforms?

I never picked up Blackout so I'll probably pick up this one. I love his paint apps in alt mode but his bot mode paint apps leave something to be desired.
Blecch to Ironhide. I already have the first Voyager release and the paint apps are much better on that version.

I guess these guys will be good for those who missed them previously (and who still want Blackout for some strange reason...)

Just not enough of a difference to make them even a possible purchase.

Blackout is less impressive than I was expecting.
though I like the metallic Scorponok and I haven't bought a Blackout yet.
This Ironhide looks less movie accurate than the original. And I already got an Ironhide.

What' the difference between that Blackout and the exclusive Takara one that you could get if you purchased the Transformers Movie in Japan?

They appear very similar.

I'll pass on both of these. How could they make a crap figure like Blackout even worse. Ironhide is alright, but not twenty extra bucks alright.

I never got Blackout before, so I might bother with him. He looks OK in alt mode, and his Skorponok mini-figure has a better paint job. Overall, though, I'm thinking these count more as re-releases to figures that thoroughly sold out than as legitimate repaints that they expect anyone to buy who already owns the first release. Can we bring out Animated earlier? Please?

Looks like absolutely nothing. So those of you that spent the enormous amount of cash to get the Takara exclusive must be feelin like an ass now.

Are those Blackout pics even accurate? I just looked a the Lawson's version yesterday, and that is an exact copy. It looks nothing like the one I have for preorder:

I still don't have Blackout so I'll probably get this one. I might get Ironhide just because the Allspark one is Blue and yellow colors of the Wolverines  But I don't really need anpther Ironhide but most admit the smokestacks are doing it for me

just another cheap repaint that someone with extra cash would spend on.

WOW, 2 mini scorponok improvements in one day!

I realy like the quality of the bot mode paint aps, just i'm not sure if I like them enough to purchase them again.

For all the time and effort that Hasbro put into these "more accurate" premium figures we probably could have gotten larger scale versions of the deluxes. For example, the voyager Bonecrusher that we asked for at Botcon, and Alternator size Bumblebee, Barricade and maybe Jazz. Prehaps even a leader Blackout :-(

I know it is cheaper to just repaint the existing moulds but delaying new figures from universe and animated just to give us more of the same stuff with a few small differences from what we all bought 7 months ago in june just doesn't seem right.

That's what I think anyway, for what it's worth. I guess I just will be buying old G1 figures for the next 6 months.

That looks like normal Blackout...maybe the site doesn't have a pic yet.

So this is the Allspark powered "brought to life again" Blackout? That completes the list, right?

The picture in the preorder link is indeed different from the original Blackout. You can see a red horizontal line on his tail in alt mode. He's also shiny, as in new-car shiny.

I'll have enough of this mold between my original, gritty Blackout (with paint wash and black limbs) and the upcoming Evac

Anyone who actually LIKES that new Blackout is a fool. Since when was Blackout a white-body robot? Total bomb. the Copter mode is decent but not 20 dollars worth. So far these "premium" ones are just turning out to be bad repaints.

Woah, blackout got SLIGHTLY DARKER! and got himself BEIGE ROBOT PARTS! WOAH!
Hasbro's totally insane to release the same figure with a iit different paintjob for several times.

I like extra luster to Ironhide, but my only question is, are the windows painted or transparrent? It's hard to tell and painted windows are a definite downgrade.

I must say that I am glad I held off with most of the movie figures. Now my patence has paid off. Bublebee has silver paint apps on his insides, Megatron actually looks good (I hope) and I can actually see Ironhide's face. I'm so happy, I think I'll spare you my eternal gloating.
