I may have saved more than 200$ this way over the years!

Even though it seems Quebec will be getting everything this year (g1 reissues and Devastator), I am still pissed we cant get the previous stuff. I hate how TRU thougt it would be cheaper to add the following details to their site (in both lnaguages) instead of adding french to the boxes.

I had written a while back seeking a reason for price discrepency among similar toys released at the same time in a store.
Now, these toys are available online with the same discrepency so I return with the same question. Below are the 2 toys in question (which represent 2 different transformers lines of a similar class). I have provided links to each listing as well as the links to the listings on Toysrus.com which show them to be the same price in American dollars. To precise, I am not asking about the difference between US and Canadian prices. I am asking why these two toys sell for the same amount in the US bot not for the same amount in Canada.

Yhea, their e-mail support is a lot of bollocks.

I sent them requests to find out the status of the later waves of Kre-O GIJoe sets and got a response that basically said "hey new stuff shows up when it shows up, keep watching the website."

Their system is highly automated so unfortunately, any attempt to get an answer beyond the stock cut-and-paste or fill in the blank responses will result in drivel like this.

At least when you deal with Hasbro and get a similar response, if you complain further they will usually then send your communications to an actual thinking person. But that is a story for another time.

Look what the laval toysrus had the other day:

It turns out that even though target has the RID figures, there may be some truth to them getting the rest of Target's stock. I just saw the whole generations windblade wave at winners for 10$ each (with suggested price of 25$?! WTF?!). This might be where we end up seeing the Arcee wave so keep an eye out. Winners might be more important than we thought.

For the record, Winners should always be checked, as they get a strange variety of items. And some items like the second wave of Kre-O AOE Custom Figures, and a some GIJoe items since the first movie, Winners is the only place I have found them.

The pricing on the tags however are complete garbage, I saw generations Nightbeat there before Christmas with a tag of $18.00 Suggested $25.00. Try talking to a manager, sometimes it works, as I was able to get a few Animated at a more reasonable price, but I have had to put a few things back on the shelf.
