Chest - it doesn't close all the way in robot mode. You can see where the windows are supposed to catch hinges underneath, but they just don't match up. You can see it somewhat in the pictures I posted.

You may know he comes with a second "anime" style head, as well as another head for Faith Leader if you ordered one of the first waves; a down-sized "Megatron" pistol, blue Energon axe, and Ion cannon.

He is EXTREMELY light in my opinion, but I feel that the plastic holds up. I don't have any stress marks on him, and he's been transformed a few times.

Yea, that helps a lot man. I'll probably end up biting the bullet and getting igear Magnus before the year is up.

I plan on getting igears cone seeker, UM, and optimus but recently igear posted on their Facebook they were doing another wave of Faith leader for a lower price so I'm waiting for that. Until then I'm trying to finish off my CHUG collection. Trying to get DOTM powerglide and RTS windcharger at the moment though

Good to hear they're going to be lowering the prices on that. It's price is way too close to a real MP figure to say it's really nothing more than a knock off.

Also forgot to mention yesterday that I saw the Cybertronian Warriors 4 pack at TRU. Comes with the Cyberverse BB playset, Legion Ironhide, white Crankcase, and white Barricade. It's like Hasbro just throws crap together and slaps a catchy title on the set. The set makes no sense since neither Crankcase nor Barricade is white, plus BB and Ironhide never fight together. Then, on top of all that, it's a whopping 40 dollars! This is going to shelf warm so bad at TRU, especially since they rarely discount prices there. Needless to say there were no more MP Roddies because that crap was taking up all the space...

Yeah I have never been a fan of any of the movie packs at all. They never really grow on me neither. Anyway I just got a DOTM Powerglide and Roller today at walmart.

Also its be almost 11 years since my family moved to our new home and I'm still finding stuff in storage. I found these guys this morning now to see if anyone is selling the rest of the energon superion figures on ebay lol.

Nice! You might have some luck with those superion figures at Big Lots actually.

thats funny you say that cause I was thinking about going to Big lot on sunday cause I remember seeing energon figures there a couple of month back but I doubt they will still have it. They will probably have cyberverse figures and thats it.

Did you get roller with the Ark? I'm very interested in the set but am starting to run out of my limited display room and not sure if I have $30 to devote to it... Also, anyone have any experience w/ kotoys.com? I know I know, I shouldn't be supporting KO's, but it's so tempting to get some high quality combiners for 1/4 of what loose ones are going for on ebay...

personally I don't care if its KO or not. As long as the price is right cause after all, the third party company are consider KO too lol. I bought a KO Henkei Skywarp from Kotoys cause I wasn't about to pay the 40-50 dollar price for the one on ebay and I have no regrets on the figure. The joints are pretty tight and I like the figure. I also got the wonderland nemesis prime cause the Legitimate Nemesis Prime from SDCC was too expensive on ebay and I just wanted him so I could put the shadow commander add on him so the KOtoy version was perfect for me.


I actually got roller for free. My little brother bought the ARK cause he likes to collect the movie stuff and I just like to get updated G1 characters right now. He didn't like roller so he just gave it to me and took the ark.

I got the Ark set when it first came out. Not sure why I did it though...seeing as how I have very limited display room as well. That Ark is a lot bigger than I thought it would be! It looks great, but that's about it. I wanted to display it in ship mode but that think is freaking huge and right now I just have it sitting on an end table all by its lonesome. Roller is pretty cool though.

In hindsight, I probably wouldn't have bought the Ark set. Not that it's a bad play set though. It's actually really cool. It's just way too big to be displayed properly.

Also, regarding KOToys, I've been thinking about getting a few things from them like the KO Shattered Glass Prime (which goes for a ridiculous price on Ebay) and the inevitable KO Shattered Glass Rodimus. I was also interested in their Toxitron figure that they were making from the Classics Prime mold, but they seem to have been working on that for almost a year without any real progress. Hopefully, after they start selling the SG Rodimus toys, they'll make some KO Dark Scyth Protector armor for him. Like you said, jnguyen, 3rd party products are KO's anyway, so displaying a KO in KO armor wouldn't hurt my collection at all.

Yeah I'm not really a fan of paying for the ARK cause not all my classic will be able to fit on the ship hahah.It is a awesome display piece though so if it ever reaches marshall or TJ Max then it will be bought lol. I did wanted to get that IGear Teletran but didn't jump on it when it came out. No one is selling it so I doubt I will ever find it.

Yeah some items are better to get KO then pay crazy mark-up by scouters and insane bidders haha.

Just got back from the Target on Vets and got HA Leadfoot. I had to ask one of the employees to help me find it though. Luckily, I had the DCPI number (087-06-1666) and she was able to pull out an entire box with 4 HA Leadfoots. I asked her why it wasn't on the floor and she had no idea. When I left, she looked like she was getting ready to put the rest on the shelf.

Still no leadfoot at my local Target. Been checking every day but I'm guessing they haven't stock the item just like every other target. I was going to ask someone to help but it was like 10:20. There was no one around at all.

I agree with setting up some type of get together. However, I just assumed it would happen at the mech con that was going on in a month or two. It'd be pretty cool to meet up with some fellow collectors there! Plus, seeing as how it's scheduled to be in New Orleans, it'd be really easy to drive there and meet everyone.

On a side note, don't expect much from HA Leadfoot, CB. He's a decent toy, but the plastic feels cheap, his articulation is hindered by kibble, and he's really top heavy. I only got him because I've taken it upon myself to collect ALL the Human Alliance figures from some reason (aside from useless repaints). If I were to only get one HA figure, it'd either be Bumblebee, Jazz, or Barricade. Leadfoot is probably the worst HA mold aside from Sideswipe.

Leadfoot never hit the shelves at the Clearview Target, I'm currently waiting for an employee to get one for me. Well, at least I don't have to hunt anymore for this guy.

No wonder they were not there this morn..

That's weird because the girl who got mine from the back put the box of HA Leadfoots (Leadfeet?) on a cart and headed towards the toy aisle. I just figured she was going set them up because she was just as confused as I was about why they were not on the shelves. Was the employee able to get you a Leadfoot from the back, Necro?

At first, she came back because she couldn't find them (although her system said they should've been there). I was lingering for a little while after and she came and told me that she called one of the guys in the back and he said to try looking again. So, this may have been a new shipment instead of yesterday's batch. FYI, Kenner should hav 8, Harvey 6, Covington 4, and Hammond 8. I suggest going now, or first thing in morning and make sure you ask an employer for assistance! This employee went above and beyond for me, and was very sweet about it.

Glad you got the figure man. I find that the employees at the Target on Vets are EXTREMELY helpful. I remember when I was having trouble finding Kup and Scourge a while back. I went to Target, told one of the employees that I was a collector, and that I was curious as to whether or not they had any new Transformers shipments. The guy went to the stock room, brought out 3 sealed boxes, and we both searched through them until I found Kup and Scourge.

There have been other instances where the employees, as you said, go above and beyond. Gotta love Southern hospitality. I've been to California and they treat you like it's not their job to help you find items you want/need.

So right, we do need to get together. Like WolfDawg mentioned, there's always Mechacon next weekend. But that might be too hectic, so what about one of the days during Memorial Day weekend? If it's not a huge group, we can probably grab lunch somewhere. I guess I'm open to suggestions, but don't really have any ideas of my own at the moment.

It was nice to meet jnguyen about two weeks ago, got that G1 collection he was letting go of. Was really convenient I was on my way to BR right after he posted the set.

Mechacon will be busy.. Maybe the Saturday of the Memorial Day weekend would be good.. A mutual meeting place like the Esplanade mall or something.. They have a food court unless someone else has an idea.

It was nice to meet ya too. I'm glad I got the FP Munitioner and Explorer. They make a big difference for the bruticus maximus lol. That and MP grimlock are probably my favorite at the moment. Also now that I got skywarp, I just need thundercracker and all the igear cone head seeker to finish up my MP Seeker shelf.

Yea, that sounds good to me. I live in Metairie, so I'm not that far from the Esplanade mall. I had no idea Mechacon would be so busy though.

Any of you guys seen the upgrade kit for Generation blurr? I think I may get it if it comes out for the shield and weapon. I'm not really feeling the head though.
