According to the following links (the first of which is Momoiro Clover Z's official blog), Momoiro Clover Z will be performing the new theme song to the 2013 Sailor Moon anime on Thursday, April 4, 2013.

False alarm (NOT an April Fools prank, just a misunderstanding).

Turns out that MomoClo is just making an appearance on a variety show in which they will be cosplaying as the Sailor Senshi. There's no confirmation either way if they will or won't sing the new theme song during that show.

We now return to waiting as normal.

Well, the new figuarts Sailor Moon is slated for an August release. :D
Not caring about scale since 1984. Just like Hasbro.
