Reuters is reporting that 2009 is shaping to be a record year of domestic sales earnings at movie box offices across the nation, approaching the $10 billion USD mark. Of this monumental mark, Transformers Revenge of the Fallen raked in $402 million USD alone, according to tracking firm Box Office Mojo. The only other film to come close to that is the Harry Potter franchise continuation, The Half Blood Prince, at $301 million USD.
With pre production already in motion for the third film of the Transformers Live Action Movie franchise, its a wonder what records will be broken in 2011. Whatever may come, you can be certain to find the latest news and information right here on Seibertron.com, your Ultimate Transformers Resource!

Are you kidding? Besides the horribly obvious political messages the movie sends its too late in the year for it to have a chance in 2009. And if I'm honest, it won't come close to Potter let alone ROTF.

FirstGen: Preach it, brother! I felt like I was watching a preachy version of a Pocahontas movie in space. About the only good thing about it was the special effects, which I will admit were freaking amazing.

Yeah, the previews for Avatar weren't impressive at all. I like James Cameron (better version of Bay) but this was not something that appealed to me. Had he spent all that time on Terminator: Salvation instead of that idiot McG, it would have been a damn good movie.
