i hope optimus primes tf3 toy comes with the trailer this is going to be by far the best transformers movie i think alot of sequels dont do justice i see transformers being the best movie series of all time

The Transformers 3 production filmed in Chicago's famous Loop last weekend, then at Milwaukee's Art Institute earlier this week, and is now back on Chicago's magnificent mile in front of the beautiful Wrigley building and on the Michigan Ave bridge across the Chicago river. I wasn't able to get as close to the action as I was last weekend so the video quality looks even more amateurish than normal. Pictures will be posted soon! Wow! It's so shiny!

The trailer looks kinda bland tho, it's just a box, in that way, it's TOO G1 if there ever was such a thing

What am I expecting tho? Power Master Optimus Prime with like, the Godmaster extended trailer? Well maybe I am! It's over the top, just what the Bay movies demand, maybe the trailer transforms into something elaborate? If so, it'll certainly transform ELABORATELY!

Wut? Modern box trailer = G1?

I'm pretty sure most trailers look like that (to state the obvious) aside it's shininess. And Michael Bay seems to be convinced that his movies are still "realistic" so I doubt he'd be doing anything outrageous, as much as it would suit the rest of the movie.

And it's just a trailer. Heck we just saw prime rolling out without it just now. So chances are, it's been tipped over and Prime left it behind, or it got blown up. Either way, it's not going to have any greater role than carrying stuff around.

I'll second this idea for the next film! If they could bring back Scorponok for a few seconds in movie 2, why not bring back Barricade in movie 3 and give him an awesome fight scene? He deserves one!

I've wondered the same thing unless Ford doesn't want it to be featured in a movie with a bunch of GM products? There has to be some reason why he wasn't in the last movie and that no one has seen night or day of him here in Chicago with the other cars.

Fellow Seibertronian, Ryan Froneyberger (froneyzone), has provided us with some new pictures and video from Saturday's Transformers 3 filming action in Chicago on Michigan Avenue.

I'm kind-of "geeking out" about these. I saw this early Friday morning and couldn't really tell what it was all about. Nothing came out of the semi-trailer and nothing went into it (that I saw) - it just showed up...sat for a few minutes and made a turn...while they were filming.

If you notice under the number 98...it has NEST printed on it! Could this be the NEST moving headquarters...or better yet (and this is where I started "geeking out") Ultra Magnus!!! That would be so AWESOME!!!!!!!! Or maybe it's just another one of Michael Bay's cruel jokes on us fanboys!
