Fall of Cybertron DLC help

Hey guys, I was wondering if you could by characters in DLC's separately. I really want the Wheeljcak for my infiltraitor but I don't want to pay 10 bucks. BTW I play on PS3.

I have the game for PS3 as well, I got the DLC packs, but I'm not sure if you can buy them individually, if it shows a "lock" when you're trying to use wheeljack or his parts and you click on it, it will take you to the psn store, I think you can buy it like that, but it might be only for the "plus" subscribers, but give it a shot!, I could be wrong...
