Summary Of This Issue:

The Autobots return to the Ark with Buster in order to get recharged. Meanwhile the Decepticons return to their base with Sparkplug and convince him that he needs to convert Earth fuels into fuel for them. They go as far as stealing stuff to help Sparkplug do so. This draws the notice of the US, Russia, and S.H.I.E.L.D.; eventually their base is surrounded by US military and reporters (one of whom is Peter Parker who changes into his alien Spider-Man costume). The Decepticons decide to show the human military who is boss.
